Graham was really helpful when I was buying broadband for my first house. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service and very friendly throughout.

A difficult situation that Joe was extremely helpful and did it with pure positivity.

I popped into the Sky stand in High Chelmer to enquire about Sky tv and broadband for the house that I am buying. I spoke to Joe and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different packages etc. I am going to go back and order both as soon as I get my keys. He was very polite and answered all of my questions as I had no knowledge of how it worked and about multi room. I will definitely be speaking to Joe to order shortly

I went into the store the couple of weeks ago and Joe helped me out as I was struggling to figure out why my sky box was playing up and he sat down with me and helped me go through what to do and tips for if it happens again.

I went into the shopping centre last week for some help with my broadband package, Joe was amazing and so helpful!
