Mark was so helpful and explained everything very well. We weren’t going to buy the package that day, but Mark was so knowledgable and found us a great deal, so we couldn’t resist!

Mark was so helpful and explained everything very well. We weren’t going to buy the package that day, but Mark was so knowledgable and found us a great deal, so we couldn’t resist!

Clara really helped us

Clara really helped us. Signing the credit agreement was a hassle but it was finally resolved. Now I can look forward to my new phone. Thank you again.

Fantastic Sky Team

Unusually I had had a difficult time trying to sort out a problem over the phone. I resorted to coming into the Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester. Thank goodness for the Sky team based there.
I can’t thank Ian and all the staff enough for their help & time in getting everything sorted.
Their help has proved invaluable.
Thank goodness for their help.

The staff are unfriendly they don't…

The staff are unfriendly they don't about a customer. I strongly recommend a change in staff behaviour.
