Sky - Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow レビュー 

I recently visited Sky at Silverburn Shopping Centre after a frustrating experience with their call centre. I had been passed between four different people on the phone, and unfortunately one of them was quite rude, which made the whole situation even more disappointing.

Because of that, I decided to go in person—and I’m really glad I did. The in-store experience was completely different. Robbie was extremely helpful in setting up my new broadband and TV package. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to clearly explain all the options without any pressure. Everything was transparent, especially the pricing, which I really appreciated.

Another staff member, Nad, was also lovely and welcoming.

Overall, while the call centre experience wasn’t great, the in-person team at Silverburn turned things around and provided excellent customer service.

Nad was so friendly and helpful with all our questions! We really needed to speak to someone in person because we struggle to understand things online and Nad explained everything so easy and made us feel confident with our purchase! Recommend everyone to come in and speak to Nad!

Spoke with Nad and he was most helpful. He reviewed our package and saved us money. He also suggested we full fibre which we have now had installed and very pleased with. The process and the service was all very easy. Nad was a very helpful, cheery gentleman and we would be happy to deal with him in the future. It was good to speak with someone face to face and not having to traverse the telephone.

Went to visit sky Booth in silver burn, met nad,guy was brilliant ,done face to face great info,great help,guy was clear and pleasant absolutely delightful,credit to sky.

Bad was really helpful. Arranged TV and broadband with him a couple of months ago and went back for mobile phone deal today. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you 😊

Spoke to Nad about switching to sky, he talked me through all my options to get me the best deal he could, was great being able to talk to someone face to face and ensure everything was sorted there and then, such a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with
