I had a brilliant experience with JD at the Sky store in the Manchester Arndale. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process really straightforward.

We ended up purchasing a Sky Glass, and we’re absolutely delighted with it. JD made sure we understood all the features and helped us choose the right setup for what we needed. No pressure, no hassle — just great service.

If you’re thinking about upgrading or joining Sky, I’d definitely recommend speaking to JD. Excellent customer service all round.

Jedir is a very good and professional person with wonderful customer service.

At first we gave a Jadir 5* review. However he asked my husband and myself to rate him in front of him and asked us to give him 5*. I ordered a mobile phone it was late in the day on Saturday. He told me that it would come tomorrow (Sunday) however it didn't come until Monday late afternoon. He also said he could save us some money on broadband without any inconvenience and that i wouldn't need an engineer in my property. This hasn't happened. It is now a week later and the open reach guy has come to do the outside work and told us that an engineer will be coming to do the inside work. I need to move my furniture and be in to have the work completed (We only agreed to change as we were explicitly told no engineer inside and no inconvenience). We didn't really need to change the broadband and now our Internet is cutting off and Sky has told us there's nothing they can do. We have to wait until Friday when they finish the installation of the fibre broadband. We're in limbo, all because I fancied a new phone!

Great help today on saving money on broadband and helping me with how to do everything step by step great guy well recommended.

Ordered a new phone with jadir last Saturday, I was told it would be delivered the next day, brilliant, we Will stay in then to take the delivery. It wasnt delivered the next day, had to wait till Monday afternoon before it was delivered. Also signed up for super fast fibre Internet, we were told there would be no inconvenience and told that nobody would need to enter the property as it would all be done outside. However, when the engineer came to install the exterior box, told us the engineer doing the connection would need to enter the property to install some interior equipment requiring us to move all the furniture around to allow him access.

Jd was wonderful he is the best in sky sale service hope you are going to reward him for that.
