I recently visited Michelle Sky at Bury Shopping Centre with a query about my account and concerns about the increasing costs of my bill. Michelle took the time to carry out a full account review and quickly identified several services and charges that I was hardly using.

Thanks to her attention to detail, she was able to save me £25 per month on my bill and even arranged a full upgrade to my broadband package. Nothing felt rushed, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I was getting the best value for my money.

So, if you walk past and see the team there, don’t just assume they’re trying to sell you something. Michelle was incredibly helpful, professional, and focused on finding the right price for me.

We had serious problems with our previous supplier which hadn't been resolved. I visited Pete in the Millgate Centre, told him about the issues we had experienced and he assured me that he could provide us with a service that would instantly sort out our problems. He was not pushy and explained about the services Sky can provide, but if something was not suitable for us moved on. I was reassured by his calm attitude. The whole experience from meeting Pete, to ordering and installation was without a hitch. Thanks to Pete, my belief in modern technology has been strengthened!
