We were served by Sarah at the Trafford Centre, MASSIVE savings and went through everything with us making sure we got the best deal! Sarah and the other staff at the stand were great with our 6 year old making sure he was looked after and entertained! No complaints and looking forward to our new TV and deal! Thanks Sarah!

Sarah was excellent, very informative and assisted us with changing our subscription and package and we are now much happier with everything. Sarah was easy to talk to, answered question and wasn't pushy with sales was more happy helping us.

Excellent service over and above what was needed

Zee stopped at the Trafford when I said I was not interested he was very perstent and was not taking no very well I signed up to the £24 deal with the puk and it got delivered the day after with an email saying had been cancled he also had my phone to show me how to set up Sky go and left himself good review on here and I found out about it with a email from trust pilot also my friend recored everything even Zee giving me his mobile number to call him if I needed anything else will be putting the video up On social media soon

We are existing customers with Sky for 20 years and Sarah was the most helpful Sky customer service person we have encountered. She reviewed our whole account and was able to save us money off our monthly payment. Definitely worth the 5 minutes to stop and talk.
