We had two great chats with Ash at the stall. First one was a few weeks ago, he presented us everything sky has to offer. Showed us on the box, really polite, friendly and didnt pressure us into anything! Helped us a lot understanding what was at offer.

We got out of our terrible deal (will not name other company).

Come back few weeks later, he remembered us. We sat down with him, had a great chat again, showed me and my partner everything the package has to offer, how the sky box works and every feature.

Good customer service, understood my requests and didn’t try to push on things I clearly didn’t want included in my package. Overall happy with the experience however, customer service rep did appear to ignore my partner who was involved in the decision so feel like she should have been included in the process a bit better.

I recently moved into the area, and I spoke with Ashley who helped me set up my WiFi.

Ashley provided all available options and was able to explain what wifi bands were required for our household use.

We managed to get everything done with no hassle. Also included the Sky TV package and will be back to also setup a new phone contract.

Very happy with the service provided by Ashley. I appreciate how he wss able to streamline the process of getting our wifi setup.
