I had a question about some products from the web store, so I sent a mail to their customer service. I got a reply within 24 hours and it was really helpful. (Joana sent the mail, she's really nice!)

Also just a huge fan of the comics and games so Skybound is just amazing!

With all these negative comments, I was really hesitant to buy from Skybound, but I’m so glad I did.

The delivery from Skybound was surprisingly fast. I live in the Netherlands, so I expected it to take at least 4 weeks, given the website’s estimate of 3–5 weeks. The total time from receiving the tracking information to when the package arrived at my door was 2 weeks and 3 days, much quicker than the standard 3–5 week window mentioned in the Skybound help center.

The staff was also very kind and helped me quickly with my questions. I had no damage on the items I bought, and received everything I ordered. Also, the bloody Clementine hat is in my opinion really good looking when you actually see it in real life!

Some extra information if you’re interested:

- I used standard courier.
- I didn’t pay any extra fees when the package was delivered to the Netherlands. Apparently, these were already included in the price when I purchased the items. (I didn’t select anything extra at checkout, it just happened automatically.)
- I received the first tracking update 9 days after the initial “Data Received” step. After that, I got 2 updates roughly every 1–2 days.

The choices made in your entire play through of the Walking Dead Telltale Game don’t matter. This corporation had to go and ruin it all by making inaccurate comics that don’t respect at all what Telltale or the players had in mind, and all just for a few bucks.

Amazing customer service.
Even when my items came broken they refunded me immediately. When I asked about the order dates, immediate reply.

The response was very friendly and I appreciate the fact that she researched the answer to my question and didn’t dismiss me or make something up. Thanks

I had emailed about a missing item from a kickstarter order (Transformers), and it seemed it would go well until the agent got back to me to tell me the fulfillment center said it wasn't in my order, including a screenshot. Which, ok, weird things happen sometimes on backends. They had closed the ticket, but said I could email back if I thought it was a mistake. Well, it is. The item appears on my end on backerkit, it's in the confirmation email, *and* I paid for it. I have the receipts. I have not heard back in 2 months (I received the order 12/13) despite multiple attempts. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

I literally cried a week for the heart touching masterpiece you made and The most important Clementine Lived I’m so happy my tears are just going down my face and my throat is full, I wish you Continue the story so TWD series gets popular just like 2014 and eve if you don’t you have our respects.

The last season of The Walking Dead didn’t just feel like a game to me, it felt like something I lived through, and if I could rate this over just 5 stars, it would be infinity. Watching Clementine grow, make impossible choices, and still find a way to protect love and AJ in a broken world genuinely changed me. It reshaped how I think about survival, responsibility, and growing up when there’s no clear guidance left. It taught me that silence is always an option… that your choice matters. It wasn’t about zombies anymore..it was about legacy, CLEMINTINES legacy. What we pass on, who we protect, and how we carry ourselves when everything else is stripped away. That kind of storytelling doesn’t just entertain… it stays with people for years. But with all due respect, Skybound Entertainment, I don’t think that last chapter should be the final one. Not because the ending lacked power or beauty, but because it proved the world and these characters still have so much life left in them. Clementine’s story showed that survival doesn’t end with safety, it evolves into rebuilding, healing, and teaching the next generation how to live. Cutting it off there feels like stopping a heart that’s still beating. Fans didn’t just finish this story… we carry it with us. Another season wouldn’t cheapen what came before, it would honor it. The Walking Dead has always been about continuing forward no matter how broken the world gets, and this is one story that deserves to keep walking. There are still stories worth telling in this world, stories about what comes after survival. About leadership, consequences, and hope built from scars. You created something that shaped people, not just players. And when a story leaves that kind of mark, it doesn’t fade, it waits. If there’s ever a time to let it walk again, there will be so many of us ready to follow. Thank you Skybound Entertainment, and Telltale for such a beautiful game experience.

Not at all pleased with this company and I would caution anyone before they purchase.

I ordered the game. The company said it was delivered. It was not. My husband and I are retired and were home all day they said the package arrived.

I contacted the company stating that I purchased this to play with family on Christmas Day and it was not received.

Their reply was for me to send a picture if the item I received so they could look into it.

How can I send them a picture of something I don’t have.

Transformers FUN!

I took part in the Transformers Kickstarter, after taking part in the GI Joe one, I was very excited to get my hands on the books. My items were delievered to the wrong address. The folks at Skybound, thank you Seb, were great in helping me with the problem. Thankfully I found it and tonight I'll be enjoying the comics of my youth.

Your crew is doing an amazing job.
One the best companies I have done business with through kickstarter.
One said content producers I will not be doing business anytime in the near future.

It’s insulting not to get any reply to my messages for months. I backed the Extremity project on Kickstarter, and they simply don’t give any updates, don’t ship it, and don’t respond when you ask. I’m still waiting for their answer. Don’t support anything from them… it’s a disgrace.
