Reached out to get help for damaged comic books received from my comic book store. The comics are unobtainium so I asked Skybound if they could help get replacements because the comics are unobtainium.

I got a ChatGPT response ending with "we will close this ticket for now". Not the warmest customer experience I had.

I know it's not their fault (So I give 3 stars instead of 1) but I was expecting information on how to solve my problem.

I am waiting for my GIJoe books for 8 months now. They can’t even reply for my ticket I made 5 months ago. Worst Publisher ever, I am going to be very serious.

Don’t you ever think to order from Skybound anything.

My son placed an order & paid for INVINCIBLE "Compendium 2" over 3 months ago and it has still not been shipped or delivered.
Despite several attempts to get this resolved, we still have no idea where or order is or if we will actually receive it.
If we get a resolution asap i will consider changing my review but for now i would recommend not to purchase from this company.

Slow shipping, items are very well packaged and protect them from getting damaged.

Quick to respond and very polite

They don't send the merchandise, don't answer to e-mails or complaints, where I come from this business model is called a scam. Wouldn't recommend to the worst enemy, don't order from them.

Ordered the invincible compendiums in February, they told me it was shipped but I never got any info on where the package was. I submitted a ticket asking for any updates, got an answer saying they’d keep an eye on it and keep me updated. It’s been 19 days and my ticket is still processing with no reply.

i bought callisto protocol collector's edition and when i received the packages the statue was missing the base and was broke aswell i tried to talk with the customer service for a refund and they never respond back

Absolute failure to refund payment. Very disappointing.

They answered me very quick and they really cared about their customers.

I misunderstood something about the expected shipping dates of 2 orders I placed, and the Skybound Help Center was prompt in their reply and explained very clearly when I should expect things. The issue had wholly been me misreading something, and so it wasn't really an issue at all, and they resolved it all and set my mind at ease very quickly and professionally!

Due to a misunderstanding I thought a shirt I ordered never shipped when it was supposed to, however I was politely corrected and told apparently I pre-ordered the shirt. Nice customer service when you can get ahold of them. I left 2 emails to the account linked in their store for contact and got no response to this day. It was only once I submitted a ticket that they got back in a quick and concise manner.

My customer service experience with skybound has been spectacular! I had ordered a shirt and asked question I was wondering about and they’ve been surprisingly fast to reply and answer. They’re very helpful telling me exactly what is happening with my order and when I am to receive it. Great. guidance! very happy with my experience.

Ich habe zwei Mal die The Callisto Protocol Collector's Edition (aktuell im Sale) bei Skybound bestellt und diese kamen jeweils nach 3 Wochen mit Sendungsnachverfolgung sehr gut verpackt und unversehrt (Sammlerzustand) bei mir an. Dafür ein dickes Lob und vielen Dank an Skybound.
Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice von Skybound haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Auf meine Anfragen bezüglich Sendungsverfolgungsnummer und Season Pass Code wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und diese zur Verfügung gestellt. Vielen Dank dafür an Chris, Dan und Seb.

Aufgrund meiner sehr positiven Erfahrungen mit Skybound hinsichtlich Bestellung, Lieferung und Kundenservice würde ich hier jederzeit wieder bestellen.
