Zamówienie ze skybound store

Zamówienie ze skybound store szło do mnie ponad 3 miesiące: od początku lutego do końca maja :) utworzyłem 3 zgłoszenia, napisałem kilkanaście maili: 2x odpisali "błąd w systemie". Po drugim razie jakiś imbecyl wysłał mi zdjęcie mojej paczki na magazynie - przez kolejnych parę tygodni jej nie wysłali - poszło kolejne zgłoszenie, w końcu łaskawie wysłali, obiecali zwrot kosztów dostawy - znów cisza i nie odpisują. Żenada, oszuści i naciągacze.

Edit: dziękuję za odpowiedź i takie pozytywne rozwiązanie sprawy, jednak szkoda, że dopiero teraz i po takim czasie, a wcześniejszych moich kilkanaście maili (z czego połowa została zignorowana) nie przyniosły skutku, bo obiecano mi po prostu zwrot kosztów przesyłki i nawet tego nie mogli pracownicy dotrzymać... Podwyższę ocenę dla zachęty do poprawy. Pozdrawiam.

I checked our system using your name and can see that there were some warehouse issues with your order. Unfortunately, while we do our best to ensure a timely shipment, there are times that this becomes out of our control. International orders can run into issues and/or delays considering our warehouse is in the US.

These are not excuses for your experience. I've certainly made note of this feedback and have shared it with the team so that we can work to improve. Fortunately, we're in the midst of implementing a new warehouse system and I'm confident that this will improve the overall experience for our Skybound Store customers.

I was sceptical because of the bad…

I was sceptical because of the bad reviews, but had a pleasant experience, my order arrived in 3 with DHL. Will definitely buy again!

Fast and helpful customer service

Had an issue with not receiving emails from the "Insiders" program, and got immediate help from someone with Skybound's team. They were able to work on the email issue while also providing me the codes I had missed out on.

The Callisto Protocol Collectors Edition PS5

Ich bekam heute nach 3 Wochen Lieferzeit meine PS5 The Callisto Protocol Collectors Edition und das für 69€ Neu, vollständig und super verpackt. Kann die negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Mega Kontakt, hatte vorher gefragt ob es genauso kommt und stimmt, so wie es auf der Seite von Skybound steht. Ich hatte keine Stunde später schon eine Antwort und es wurde mir so bestätigt. Und was soll ich sagen, es kam einwandfrei an und so wie angegeben, besser gehts nicht. Und 69 Euro sind ein Witz im gegensatz zu Deutschland, wo man 180€ und aufwärts für bezahlen würde! Man sollte von den 3 Wochen Lieferzeit absehen, da es ja aus den USA kam. Defintiv super Firma, kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich würde dort ohne Bedenken wieder bestellen.

Unfortunately, avoid

Placed an order on 27/11 as part of the Black Friday sale. I knew with it being Black Friday and the Christmas period not to expect a speedy process. Three weeks went by, and I had nothing but a confirmation email. I got in touch with Skybound who at first reassured me that my order was in process. When I told them I already knew this, the issue was it had not moved, they wrote back on the 26/12 to say they had "just been informed" my order had been affected by a glitch and had not actually been processed for shipping.

To be fair to Skybound at this point the did refund the cost of shipping which I am grateful for.

However there was no still no progress with shipping and I had to email them twice more for them to provide me with a tracking link. Surprise, surprise the tracking only showed the item had been advised on the 5/1 and it has not changed or updated since.

When I have asked Skybound to give me a reason it is taking so long, and why the order has only progressed with my nagging their answers and vague, repetitive and obsfucating. All they can tell me is I should expect my order in 3-5 weeks from the day they advised the item, not really appreciating I have already waited 57 days for it and their latest date of delivery means I will have been waiting 74 days. They just keep thanking me for my patience. What else am I supposed to have with service so slow.

The only progress that's been made with my order in 57 days is down to me sending repetitive nagging emails.

So unfortunately, avoid using them and don't expect helpful or timely service if you do.

Unfortunately, our warehouse services had some major technical and inventory issues during the Black Friday Sales, which really affected the customer experience.

Our support team was working hard to stay on top of the increased volume of tickets considering the live issues, but since we are a smaller team, it was difficult to respond in a timely manner. I apologize for this and we certainly understand that this should not be on the customer, so we have taken steps internally to ensure instances like this do not occur again.

Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious how they keep sending random emails even though I am not subscribed, and completely disresgard the order I made on the 2nd of September (it is the 1st of November as I am writing this). My mistake though, as I should have looked into reviews on this company before ever ordering from them. I have already sent an email asking for a full refund and am still waiting for a reply, will update if anything changes.

I investigated what happened here and can see that your order hit a technical glitch with the warehouse vendor, and therefore was unable to be fulfilled. This is very unfortunate and I apologize for this mix-up.

You reached out on November 1st, 2023 at 4:30pm PST and our support agent responded with a completed full refund on November 1st, 2023 at 4:55pm PST.

I know that receiving the product would have been the desired outcome but considering the circumstance, I hope the refund was done quickly enough.

I bought comics mystery boxes

I bought comics mystery boxes. The delivery was quick only 7 days from USA to Slovakia. Great customer servis: I wrote them about VAT refund after i got all documentations from local custom house and they responded me promptly and without any problem. One comics had a bit worse condition therefore I contacted skybound servise and they gave me financial refund after foto and video documentation of the comics. Friendly employees. I Will order more mystery boxes in near future and I fully recommend this Hidden gem ; )

A very very lost package...

Ordered Trial by Trolley at the beginning of December. Even though I'd expect a week or two delay due to Christmas shipping rush and international shipping, three months and counting is too much.

I've received two tracking numbers so far. Neither seems to get activated beyond "Data recieved", so I'm not inclined to believe that any package has been shipped whatsoever. Been told the first package got lost and the second one is in a bulk shipment being reprocessed, but that seems like to much coincidence.

So 3 months on, no game, no money. Let's see how long this will take. At least I get "updated" about just how lost the package is, I guess.

Update: Got my third tracking number. Hasn't moved from "Data recieved" either.

This feels like a scam

This feels like a scam. I purchased some merch over a month ago, and tracking shows yet not shipped. They offered a refund without an explanation, why it was not shippped yet. Maybe they just want to get the money for a while and trade with it, and then give you a refund. I should have read these reviews before.

It’s a shame that Skybound has gone full corporate. I sent them a legitimate email voicing my concerns that I didn’t get a pre order bonus code and was asking if I could be sent another, of course after sending those I get not one, but three automated emails asking me to “check our social media’s for more news” How am I to check your social media’s for a pre order bonus I wasn’t given?

Finally given a proper response 3-4 days after I sent an email and they basically told me that they won’t be helping me, I’m glad deep pockets matter more, it’s a shame Skybound didn’t go bankrupt when they should’ve, especially since walking dead means nothing to them anymore.

Terrible company, don’t use them, I’m glad Callisto was a flop.

Ordered a 300$ collectors edition video…

Update 2/7/23... A few days ago we did finally get the correct code emailed to us...Oddly it was just a few days after I left this review. ...
Ordered a 300$ collectors edition video game due to release in Dec. Package arrived almost a month late but we did not get all of the preorder codes that were supposed to be included. Emailed them several times. IF I get a response it’s always “we’re sending those out next week.” Of course they never come. Terribly disappointed and won’t order from them again.

Paid $300 for a Collector's Edition…

Paid $300 for a Collector's Edition that came a month late.
The delivery details originally sent were actually wrong and didn't exist.
They also ignored emails to change addresses, and only after it was shipped (2 weeks later than told, which was already 2 weeks late) they suddenly replied to three emails at the same time saying "Oooh sorry we missed it, can't change as it's already been sent out :)"
Once it arrived, NONE of the codes (all part of the Collector's Edition) worked.
It's now month two of asking for working codes, to which they just say "working on it, you'll get a email next week", and then close the ticket. Second week, "working on it, you'll get a email next week", third week, "working on it, you'll get a code next week.".

It's an absolute scam of a company. NEVER buy from them.

Ordered an item that should have…

Ordered an item that should have arrived on 8th December, now 7th January and still no order. Asked for my money back as item clearly lost but being refused. They are telling me I need to return the item to get my money back, how can I do that when the item hasn’t been delivered. Terrible customer service, they don’t care about their customers. Avoid, do not purchase from them

Do not order from this company

Placed order on December 28th. Paid double what the item cost for DHL Express Intl Shipping. Was told upon checkout I'd receive the item between the 2nd of Jan and the 5th approx. Kept checking the order and it wasn't even processing by the 2nd. Contact customer service who said intl shipping takes 10-15 days and they'd send me an update. I reiterated that I paid for Express Intl Shipping and told them the date I was provided upon checkout. No response for two days only to be told "you paid for regular shipping and your parcel is lost in transit, if you want another order or refund let us know".

I pointed out the following:

1. I paid for Express shipping.
2. It still said the order is waiting to be processed on the site.
3. I never received an email that it was shipped.
4. I never received a tracking number
5. If it's "standard shipping" and there's no tracking, how do they know it's lost?

No response at all as of yet. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Disgraceful company and disgraceful experience. Doubt I'll ever receive the item that was meant to be a gift.
