Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service, I preordered the Collector's Edition of The Collisto Protocol to be delivered to the U.K and was told it wouldn't be shipping until launch day December 2nd.
I was then was told there was a delay only after I contacted them and that it would be sent week commencing Dec 12th, it finally arrived Today Dec 22nd with no season pass code and when I emailed them all they had to say was
"Our team is still in the process of sending the Season Pass codes which include the Retro Prisoner Character & Weapons Skins. We suggest checking your spam/junk folder just in case the email went through these folders.
If you don't receive an email until next week please get back to us."
They are closed from Dec 24th until January 4th so I wont even get a reply until the new year anyway!
Shocking service, will never be using them ever again, no apologies for delays or anything!
The information for what's in the box never said downloadable content will be sent WEEKS after the game is launched!! It's even on the back of the box but not even included in the box! This should have been sent for December 2nd, its bad enough I've had to wait weeks to be delivered and now this, not even an apology!!
Take literally months to deliver an item.
Ordered a game on July 29th. First shipment went missing and then they took 3 months to send a replacement always promising to give "updates" from "the team". Eventually received item on 17th December.
Disgraceful company. Avoid.

Bei Problemen hat sich der Support nach 2 Tagen gemeldet. Der Verkäufer ist fair und besser als der Ruf. Ich würde dort wieder bestellen.👌

Hallo erstmal und ein großes Dankeschön an skybound!
Ich bin sonst kein Freund von Bewertungen und auch ich war sehr skeptisch was diese Platform angeht ob ich bestellen sollte oder garnicht.
Ich habe callisto protocol collector's edition xbox series x bestellt und das ganze aus Sicherheit mit Paypal bezahlt.
Aufgrund leider sehr schlechter Erfahrungen von anderen Käufern auf skybound, hab ich den Versuch trotzdem gewagt und bin sehr zufrieden.
Meine collector's kam am 2.12 raus und hatte sich um etwa 7 Tage vertagt, 12 waren angesagt wurden..... weil die physische Version noch nicht da war und sollte dann am 19 in Deutschland ankommen und kam tatsächlich heute den 15.12. Sauber verpackt und völlig inordnung an.
Ich finde der Shop hat einen Versuch verdient, da er scheinbar auch funktionieren kann und ich auch leider keine andere Möglichkeit hatte an diese collector's ranzukommen.
Somit nochmal danke und viel erfolg fürs weitere Geschäft.

Absolutely outrageous. take forever to ship a collector edition (more than 300€), refuses to reimburse customers when the shipment does not take place (illegal) and no longer responds to emails. To avoid absolutely !
Rip off and scamming site
I order game 2 months ago and didnt come on the day it was meant to arrived contacted several times and still havent received an update and asked for refund and to cancel order just some bs about working massive scammers

I ordered and paid for wonderlands war back in May. It is not September I still have not got my game. They keep saying they will keep me updated they never do.

I have tried to get a simple comic book three times. Every single time the order took weeks and weeks to get delivered to dhl, and when delivered to dhl, was later returned to the shipper for some unexplained reason. I tried over and over again, and always the exact same problem. They always take forever to answer, and when they do, it is always a copy+paste answer that doesn`t help at all. So I eventually gave up, and am trying to get a refund.
Do not bother to buy from this store as it is just a headache.

Purchased Invincible Compendium 1. Paid with Paypal and the money was withdrawn instantly. My account shows payment fulfilled, provides a tracking number BUT for the last 5 days the tracking number has not been activated ie no package has been sent. Created a ticket within 2 days as they state the package and confirmation will be sent within 1 - 2 days. Three days later no response to my ticket. Cannot cancel because THEY have fulfilled their obligation of taking my money. I have tried chat. Basically, taking my money is incredibly efficient, their service thus far particularly with regard to communication is non-existent. Their HELP page is of no help whatsoever eg "If you want to cancel your order..." No link to showing how to cancel your order and if as in my case THEY have fulfilled their side of taking your money then I have to create yet another ticket to cancel it. They are not even answering to my first query. I will now have to go through PayPal and create a dispute resolution. I like many others do losts of on-line purchasing, this site is at the top of worst experience ever.

So I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from Skybound but it felt very mixed and they were one of the only sites offering the boardgame expansions I wanted ('Red Flags' expansions) so I gave it a try.. Ordered basically every expansion pack they offered, haha, and it came in today ^^! Safe and sound and with DHL (: No odd additional fees either. I'm stoked. I feel a lot of the negative feedback might be based on not automatically getting your tracking number and so not knowing if it has been shipped or if it is on its way and it took a month or so for my package to arrive and I think people get the heebie jeebies not knowing the status for all of that time. (I live in the Netherlands by the way) But so when I contacted customer service to ask for my tracking number, they provided it to me immediately and I was able to exactly know where my package was and it really had been shipped quite early but it just arrived after a month for some reason. Even with DHL.
But so the TL;DR is.. the tracking number should be conveyed to a customer better but other than that..? They're prettyyyyyyyyyy legit! I'm so happy! I will definitely order again in the future ^^ Thank you so much, Skybound staff :D!
EDIT: I see a lady down below commenting on how she thought the 'Red Flags' expansion packs would be much more than they are.... That's not something Skybound can do anything about. It is exactly the size and the amount of cards you would expect from an expansion to the actual game. The packs are even bigger than some of the packs I have for 'Cards Against Humanity'. They are incredibly decent and the pictures on their site really look like the boxes I have right here. So.. I don't know what it was she was expecting but to give a bad review based on that..? And cuss? Jeebus.

I did not get what i paid for. Been nagging on them ever since summer 2020. They have decided not to respond to my issue anymore. I expected more from them. I am never gonna buy another thing from here again that for sure.

Yeah don’t order from here it’s a rip off and it’s really misleading. It’s basically like another wish.com. I bought 2 of the expansion packs of the card game “Red flags” and it was apparently on sale and the total was $25, I thought I found a great deal and I was so happy about that and then when they showed up I was so disappointed to find that these 2 expansion packs were the size of a literal deck of cards meanwhile the pictures they are advertised with show a regular sized game set which I was expecting. This unfortunately was a Kris cringe gift so I have to go out shopping and spend more money. Thanks di*k wads. Anyways be weary and I’d suggest ordering from literally any other store than this fake one.

I placed an order with Skybound recently. With the current events in the world, it was slightly delayed but I have never seen an online order so well packaged. Thank you for protecting my purchase. I will check this site out for future orders. I recommend this site!

Twd TFS says your choices determine the ending of Clem's story, they don't, Twd TFS says it will be an amazing finally and at least try to make sense, it doesn't, Twd TFS says it will be fun, however when the game is littered with bugs still not patched months upon months after release, how can I play the game if it doesn't even work? Thank you, Skybound, thank you for ruining this series and wasting my money on a half made game that is possibly one of the biggest disappointments I have ever seen in a finale. Not to mention when we actually buy stuff the orders don't come through, thank you, Skybound, thank you for sucking our wallets dry, disappointing us, and giving us the finger in return.

One the best companies in my opinion! They saved Telltale's The Walking Dead even after the major closure of Telltale Games. You are the Hero for #TWDFamily! Thanks for doing this, but do make some more seasons or even start over with different playstyle and story!

Yes, I will never order anything again either.
My daughter saved up her own money and paid 99$ for games and merchandise. We received games and we never received the merchandise that goes with it. I worked for Tales of Wonder for 4 years so I understand pre-orders and I NEVER left an order unfulfilled. If we had to we would send something else for the bonus merchandise or give a portion of a refund. Seeing as that Diamond would have fired us if we didn't. Never received the merchandise or a substitute

First you have to wait for the delivery with a 8 month delay and in the end they charge you a customs fee which you have to pay.

Worst company I ever had to deal with
Worst company I ever had to deal with. Either only amateurs are working there - or they have something up with fraudulent activities. Charge pre taxes to cash them in while taxes have to be paid again when package goes overseas. Double payment for customers overseas (which is literally tax fraud)! Their shipping handling is almost criminal - proclaiming issues with DHL Express while they are just updating totally wrong tracking info to pretend they shipped something they'll never going to ship. Adressing these issues on social media doesn't work since they delete all comments addressing issues anywhere officially accessible. Criminal company. Never ever preorder anything from them. Else you're going to regret. Take a close look on your paypal complaint time limits. They love to delay preorders exactly to the point where you can't get your money back from Paypal anymore. File your complaint on the last day possible and keep an eye on everything if you already preordered stuff.
Green light the OTWD content update!
Love The Walking Dead as a franchise, however Skybound needs to give the green light for the remaining content (Which people have paid for) for Overkill's The Walking Dead to be pushed out. It is unacceptable that a consumer pays for something and does not receive it.
