100% will use again for sure. Had to cancel due to COVID holiday cancellation. No quibble refund within 24 hours, with follow up email! Absolute gem. Have used previously too without any problems whatsoever. Just turn up at the car park, no messing, just reads your number plate and away you go! Stress free! Looking forward to booking again when restrictions lifted.

We had a long weekend away which was cancelled due to covid. Emails were sent to the company enquiring about a refund or credit note but didn't even have the decency to reply.

The 'experience' of parking through sky parks was fine.

However, what I discovered several months after booking through them was a £15 debit being applied to my account each month. It seems by accepting a discount from them I was 'auto-enrolled' (using the bank details and address I gave them for the parking service) into some kind of online discount club. There were no further authorisation steps for them to take money from my account each month.

It seems a number of online retailers are using this ruse so beware of accepting any discount offered doesn't have (hidden) strings attached.

My Holiday was cancelled and I was a bit apprehensive about going about getting a refund for my car parking, but it proved tobe so quick and easy.
I will definitely be using them in the near future.
There customer service was excellent .

Made reservation with SkyPark Airport Parking at Stuttgart Airport in advance on the 10/Feb/2020, for drop off 21/Apr/2020 returning to pickup 02/May/2020.

As soon as my Flight was cancelled by BA due to the CoVid-19, I informed SkyPark on that same day by email on the 23/Mar/2020 that I needed to cancel due to no flights anymore, so had to cancel the booking and requested a refund. It took them a staggering 10 weeks to respond and although they had advanced notice of the cancellation, they cannot cancel the booking due to the contract. Therefore €177 lost. but on top of that they offer a pathetic €50 Euro voucher for my loyalty. As it was my first time of using them, you can imagine loyalty never entered my mind for the future.

I would never use this company in the future and would warn all of you about using this organisation again. you wont get your money back

Fantastic customer service, quick, polite and very efficient. Had peter Ashley car park Manchester booked for 2 weeks June/July. Only emailed yesterday and got an immediate email response and another today that will receive refund. Have used car park before great prices and quick and friendly drop off and pick up. Allison on customer service team very helpful, Thanks again

Booked parking for 18th april flight and hotel cancelled skyparks dont even offer money off for future parking have they heard its a pandemic will not be using again rather pay more and go with a company who cares

Holidays cancelled no fault of my own country on lock down will they refund not a chance not even a voucher for later dates talk about all pulling together

Do not use SkyParkSecure & Peter Ashley at Manchester Airport... 12hrs notice from Tuiof holiday cancellation and they will not offer any kind of refund(free parking at a later day) thought the country as a whole was working together during this pandemic... Seems money trumps all...

This bunch have just been asked to move my two week parking back by one day as my flight was cancelled.
I emailed requesting this be amended to the new date (still the exact number of days parking), and they are requesting an admin charge for what amounts to a few keystrokes.
My amin charge, multiplied by however many other car owners on the original flight.
Making money out of peoples misfortune .......bloody vultures !!!

I made my booking by telephone and spoke to Joanne. I made a mistake in the details I gave her regarding the terminal I was departing from at Manchester Airport. We did have have 3 telephone conversations about the matter and Joanne was extremely understanding and very prompt with email confirmations when we established what I needed.

Absolutely under NO circumstances should you trust your vehicle with this company. I wish I had read the reviews prior to using SkyPark. Anyone who has left a good review happen to be lucky. My experience was horrible. I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up, there was substantial damage to not only one, but BOTH sides of the front of my vehicle. Inexcusable. The car should have been moved only from point A to point B, how could this much damage ensue in a "professional" valet parking garage?

Booking easy and quick and a fair price BUT due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our holiday 😭 emailed then telephoned them they were very helpful and money back in my account straight away . That’s the gauge off a good company how they handle the problems and they pasted with flying colours unlike the company the holiday was booked with still waiting for that refund .

driver and pick up excellent,I had asked to consider the fact that we required a close spot as we were blue badge holders.our car was parked at the very end of the row,tight against a fence,with a huge puddle at each front door,when we reached the gate I had no password for the security gate,I spent 5minutes hooting my horn,no response.had to drive bck to the reception as I cannot walk to well.I shouted,he came through said I shold have had a ticket,I said you should have given me one.this was around 10.30pm.spoiled our holiday.

Very helpful and responsive staff! Short or no wait times. I do like the fact that I can make a reservation ahead of time! I will use them again this summer.

We like that the van to the airport is covered, with fresh coffee, donuts and coffee. Drivers are always helpful with the luggage.
Although the SkyPark vans picking up at the airport are few,
We were lucky in that the SkyPark van came just as we were leaving the terminal with our luggage.

Skypark is convenient, easy, and reliable.

Our flight was 2 hours late and it wasn’t a problem. Quick drive from the airport. Excellent service. Will definately use it again.

Definitely will be using them from now on.
