Very constructive help from Isabel with an issue Unisus has been struggling with for a long time. Isabel kindly set up a teams this afternoon which is going to get to the root cause of the issue.

I had a positive experience with Isabel

I had a positive experience with Isabel. She was professional, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting me with the pension upload process. She clearly explained each step and ensured I understood how the Smart Pension portal works, making it much easier to navigate and complete the required tasks. Her guidance was clear, prompt, and helpful, and she addressed all my questions effectively. Overall, I am very satisfied with the support I received and appreciate her excellent customer service.

Was going around and around trying to find this account and the lady on the phone helped massively get to the bottom of it (selen s) was the star that solved a very complex situation she took the time and the effort to help us get on our way

Grateful for Isabel.

Called with several queries and got through to Isabel. Very friendly, polite and patient.
Managed to go through all my queries and Isabel made me feel at ease as pensions isn't my forte, give me a tax enquiry and i'm fine.
Isabel made the call as smooth as possible and i came away feeling confident with what i needed to do.

Couldn't be more patient

Lack of Modern Account security features - Risky

While the core functionality of the website is commendable, there are significant deficiencies regarding modern security protocols, particularly given its handling of sensitive financial data. It is highly concerning that basic protective measures, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passkeys, do not appear to be implemented across the user accounts. I have raised this issue previously, but it remains unresolved. For any system managing financial information today, adopting robust security features like MFA and passkey support is non-negotiable. This area requires urgent architectural review and an immediate upgrade to meet modern industry standards.
