Great service

Had my first communication with the company and felt very much at ease. Bob was very helpful and explained clearly the process. Very polite and great customer service. I felt better after this conversation.

The insurance company got straight in


The insurance company got straight in touch and I spoke to a really nice guy called Joel . He was very helpful and apologised for the inconvenience and asked if anyone was hurt . Sorted everything out . Very helpful and polite. Told me step by step what is going to happen .

Fantastic company!

I was absolutely astounded at the fantastic service by this firm, which is hard to achieve these days with most companies. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle repair, with such great customer service, from start to finish.
A great experience.

Exceptional Service

Great attention to arranging a car repair caused by others. Sopp & Sopp mitigated all the hassle of arranging car repairs and keeping us fully informed at every step by exceptionally good customer communication.

A re-assuring phone call

Ruth was very good at re-assuring me that costs for repairs were covered and that the process of getting the repairs was simple and a cover car would be provided if needed

Couldn’t believe how efficient this company were
. Called back when they said they would dealt with everything , I dealt with Joel very knowledgeable and handled everything with my best interest

Joel

Was hit by a bus today and got Joel on the phone to assist with the claim. He was an amazing lad and we had a great chat about cars. He went above and beyond to get me a hire car due to the state of mine. I really appreciate his time and effort on this and I hope you get a longer lunch mate
