I’m complete novice at DIY audio projects so was in need of help and guidance on what to purchase.

I had contacted a UK based supplier and asked their team for advice and got a blunt reply that was no help at all.

SoundImports however were extremely helpful and suggested the right products at the exact budget for me to purchase. Jan was the legend that helped me out!

Obviously SoundImports will get all of my business from now on.

Fast and correct service

My Ice Power module made Errors, I wrote to their Customer support. 12 hours later I got a response.

Hi, **** we will send you a new module to replace the one that is faulty.

48 hours later my new module.

I bought a multi channel receiver years ago and had after the warranty period issues with it. Soundimports tried to fix it but the issue remained. I wanted to buy a new one, but since they are very expensive i asked for a solution. So they offered a reasonable discount on a new one. So, very happy with their in house repair service who did what they could, never complained and offered a good discount when buying new replacement.

Products as described. Overseas deliver was excellent - very quick and well packed.

Allereerst krijg ik een defecte bass shaker binnen, hier bleek na later onderzoek een draadbreuk in te zitten. Ik had een paar maanden geleden ook al een defect artikel binnen gehad. Nu is er na een aantal weken weer een bass shaker defect deze ratelt zo hard dat ik hem moet uitschakelen. Dan krijg je eerst een mail met tig vragen, deze beantwoord je en dan komt er een mail dat ik hem terug kan sturen voor beoordeling. Dus op zoek naar andere leverancier

De service is erg ver te zoeken bij dit bedrijf. De kwaliteit van de Dayton TT25 is op het moment dramatisch slecht.

De reactie van dit bedrijf is puur voor de vorm, ik heb naar aanleiding van hun reactie wederom een mail gestuurd, maar hier wordt niet op gereageerd, erg jammer.

SoundImports are fantastic. Their pricing is very competitive, maybe the lowest. They shipped on the day of ordering and the speaker arrived 4 days later; 11,000k away. Their customer service was very friendly. Great company. As good as I have encountered in over 20 years online.
