Ricevuto merce scadente e danneggiata

Ricevuto merce scadente e danneggiata, aperta contestazione con restituzione della merce a mie spese. Rimborso senza iva e senza costi di restituzione, se li avessi buttati nella pattumiera mi sarebbe costato meno. State alla larga!

Gentile Luca, La ringraziamo per la recensione. Ci dispiace leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata di gradimento.

Tuttavia, ci chiediamo perché non ci ha contattato prima. In caso di prodotto danneggiato, avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione, offrirle assistenza tecnica e, soprattutto, spiegare che nel caso di garanzia le spese di restituzione sono gratuite e avremmo potuto assisterla durante il procedimento. Inoltre, abbiamo visto che ha ordinato due articoli ma ha restituito solo uno. Se restituisce solo una parte dell'ordine, il rimborso si applica solo sul prodotto restituito e non sulle spese di spedizione. Questo Ú logico, poiché ha comunque mantenuto un articolo ordinato, quindi la spedizione del secondo articolo doveva essere comunque pagata. Questa politica Ú chiaramente indicata sul nostro sito. Se ci avesse contattato per un problema legato alla garanzia, avremmo potuto anche discutere un eventuale rimborso per le spese di spedizione o procedere con la sostituzione del prodotto gratuitamente.

Restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento.

Faulty equipment and poor service

The speakers I've received were marketed as being good for desktop speakers. They however have a constant hiss which is clearly audible at all times, and are generally sub par quality for the price.
I try to return them and pay soundimports for a shipping label, but they provide one which cannot be printed from the parcel service, as they do not provide the required QR code. They then request I go to a printing center to get it printed instead. If I pay you for a return shipping label, you should really make sure it works properly or send it by mail or in the box you send your customers.

We offered you shipment with UPS or DHL also, but I see that you managed to ship the return with DPD after all and your refund is being processed. I hope you find an alternative product that works for you!

Recapping of 30 year old speaker crossovers

Had to recap my 30 year old high end home speaker crossovers as the capacitors were way out of spec and some even dead. Their capacitor range is top quality and assistance for replacement selection was great from Aneta. Comparison of the one speaker with new caps and the other with old capacitors was astounding. Highly recommended and will shop again for the overhaul of my second pair of high end speakers as well. Thanks.
