After talking with Shaun, and giving him our requirements for our dream property in and around
Mojacar, he arranged for us to view some properties,We arrived at Mojacar meeting Robert who we found really friendly and informative for our appointment, we were shown several properties. Had to make a second appointment and viewed some houses, that day, we saw a house we liked, made an offer which was accepted.
The office staff including Matt, and Kim were very helpful and friendly.

I could not recommend SPC any higher, Shaun and Emma were very helpful with the sale of our apartment which we thought we may have had problems with because of the pandemic but they marketed it really well for us and sold it. The sale went through without a problem and Emma was very informative regarding the sale. If you are thinking of buying or selling a property you cannot get any better than SPC.

We decided to go through the Garner family as like a lot of us we had watched many episodes of sun sea and selling houses and were impressed at the positive feedback they were getting, and having heard of the horrendous pitfalls that could happen, we
"played safe" we met Shaun who spent most of the given day with us and was as professional and patient as he is on tv, after looking at a couple of lovely places and listening to our comments he worked out what we were really looking for and trust me when I say he knew better than us by the time he showed us the most perfect villa, but it doesn't end there, he helped us with reputable english speaking solicitors, (many thanks Jose) currency company etc.. and was always quick to reply fully to our many emails, never did we feel out of our depth, and bearing in mind all this during the horrible Covid epidemic, we always felt confident with Shaun's advice and knowledge, we now own our beautiful villa, and can't wait to start our next chapter, with grateful thanks to Shaun and the team for all their hard work during our buying process, and would highly recommend the Garners if you want to buy in a safe and friendly environment

Thanks a million for selling our house and managing things so well for us. It took you a while to get going on our property, granted in difficult circumstances due to the Covid pandemic. But suddenly everything fell into place when you showed it to the right buyers who loved it on sight (apparently) and from that moment Shaun handled things wonderfully and we are so grateful for his help and guidance through the details of the transaction.

We have recently purchased a property using Shaun from SPC. Initially we was nervous having used other estate agencies who quite frankly did or offered nothing requesting money up front etc.
We can honestly say that the whoLe experience so far (we have not completed yet) has been beyond our expectations.
Shaun was knowledgable, did not pressure us and we felt totally at ease. His knowledge of the area and local trades was exceptional.
The after care was excellent - Shaun goes out of his way to make you happy.

Shaun and Emma managed our sale well, although in the early stages we could have done with a bit more feedback with regard to viewings. Considering we sold during the Covid crisis, they worked efficiently to secure a buyer, even producing a video viewing for them. Our apartment even featured in the 'Sun, Sea and Selling Houses' TV programme.

We went out to Almeria, last October to view properties with Spanish Property choice. Whilst we were there we was filmed for the next season of Sun Sea and Selling Houses. We was made very welcome by the Garner family in every way, and through out the viewings we were never put under any pressure to buy.
At the end of the week we had fell in love with the first property in Arboleas From start to finish the whole process has been looked after by our Lawyer Jose of Delatorre solicitors and the Garner Family. Its been a roller coaster ride even more so with this pandemic we find ourselves in, but even so we still obtained a mortgage and took over the deeds on the 30th April 2020.

We recently purchased a lovely 2 bedroomed house near Mojacar through Spanish Property Choice. We had a great day looking at properties with Robert and then Sharon helped us get the property we chose. After watching the TV programme we can honestly say that what you see is what you get, the family are so lovely and true professionals. We have now been in our new home in Arboleas for just over five weeks. Its been surprisingly easy to settle in because everybody we meet is so nice. Not least among them are the people at Spanish Property Choice, who introduced us to our beautiful house. They are quite a bit different from the estate agents we expats are used to in the UK. We found them not to be pushy in any way and their only concern was that we were totally sure that the house we chose was genuinely the right fit for us. Loads of advice about the area on tap, and not just about buying properties. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of our dealings with Emma and Matt.

We have had an excellent experience with Spanish Property Choice.
We contacted them in advance in regards to the properties to which we wished to view there was no hard sell and Matt who showed us around was able to answer all relevant questions if not he went away to find out.
We sourced a property and was able to make offer on the same day they were able to recommend legals and the sale went through without any problems in the timescales agreed.
If you are looking for an estate agent to help you find your ideal property then you can't go wrong with Spanish Property Choice. Highly recommended.

Terrible service! I asked for a valuation and I got one back for a different property. After 10 days of phone calls and emails still nobody got back to me. All I wanted was my valuation. I then wrote an email to the managing director who did not apologise in any way over the issue and finally gave me a valuation which was €50,000 less than 2 other agents in the area!

So having moved to Spain we retouched base with SPC to not only rent a property whilst looking for a property to buy, but to also look to purchase a property from them.

Well what can I say excellent time looking at properties, and although we gave them a brief on what we were looking for, being as experienced as they are they knew what we really wanted before we did. Did they come up with the goods OMG hit the nail on the head and we found our perfect property.

We are already receiving after care and not even got the keys yet?????

We’ve been looking for a property in Spain for about 2 years starting up afar north of Costa Brava down as far south as Mojácar and everywhere in between! We dealt with Spanish Inmobiliaria’s , fellas working out of the back of a car! English speaking Spanish , French , Dutch, Germany the lot !
We have of course watched the show, but being in it was a defiantly out of the question! Finding Three properties we liked I filled out an enquiry form from the website, within 2 minutes my phone rang with Emma introducing herself and making an appointment for our upcoming trip with her husband Matt, friendly, helpful and efficient Wow! Impressive!!
We arrived late for our appointment my fault , Emma phoned us to check we were ok , whilst waiting Matt rearranged our appointments we left the office 1/2 an hour late
The 1st house was the one & after viewing the others we went back to the office made an offer SUCCESS!!
Wow Matt, Val & Steve all helped sort out the contract the owner even popped in the office to sign it !
