Richard was helpful and friendly. No pressure in making decision and whole process was quick and easy.

Great experience buying a car. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Worked around my work schedule for me to be able to pick up my car.

Got be honest I had mixed feelings about travelling the distance I did to get a car here, after recently purchasing another top marque from a specialist which was a disaster,
Won't mention the salesman's name at Havant , but from start to finish he was like he was dancing on broken glass.Everything was 100mph with him not much customer rapour
Nice enough guy although seemed very pushy.
The car I bought drove home nice and I'm writing this review very early into ownership.
This gentleman seemed matter what he just wanted or needed the sale so just be a bit weary of this
Not enough time to give the car a decent road test as there were only 25 miles in tank after me specifically informing them off the photos and video that it had no fuel. Promised it would be put right , obviously not enough time to put some in. Not impressed with that one bit.
As it happens, the car was as described, but I felt very pushed and hurried.
THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
I have been in the motor industry for 45yrs never felt like this buying a car, nearly walked away from deal to be honest.
I personally would think again about buying here. Not impressed but car so far fine.

Was dealt with by Steve Pratley who kept us informed throughout the day, was very pleasant and fixed the problem. Wish there were more people as helpful as he was!

Bought my car from sparshatts in Southampton last year, great sales service.

Recently had some repair work needed which all came under my warranty, excellent aftercare service, Steve was great, dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, car was back on the road same day.

Friendly and communicative staff offering helpful advice during the sales process. The car I bought was well prepared and the purchase negotiation resulted in a price, including warranty, that I consider represented value for money.

The service was good on the phone and face to face . They were very accommodating using WiFi and an office to transfer my insurance.

From my initial inquiry for the vehicle purchased everything explained and no pushy salesman , was treated with respect and professionalism from the salesman, easy transaction and buying experience.

Not the best customer service experience I have ever had. Having travelled an hour to view the car, to be told to "go and see it" when explaining we were going to view another car on the same day, is not the response of a motivated sales person. We did in fact end up buying a car from Sparshatts Havant, we barely managed to get home on the petrol given and found the windscreen wiper to be broken. Finally, please clean your customer bathroom, it is a disgrace.
