Sparshatts were very helpful from the onset, Richard the car sale man was very approachable there was no hard sales, the purchase of our car was very straightforward and easy to complete from start to finish, I would recommend them to friends and family.

The guys were honest and helpful regarding vehicle details and sale conditions. The purchase was conditional, and they fulfilled all their promises.

We bought an Mitsubishi Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Sparshatts Group of Havant in Feb 2024. Jim was very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and transparent.

Jim made sure the car was charged and cleaned before we got there to test drive and pick it up.

The handover was easy and quick and few months in there are no complaints whatsoever. The car is just as described and we are very happy with it.

Good and thoughtful service and helpful in the whole buying process.

The car was as described, a couple of weeks in, I have no complaints. Easy to discuss the extra warranty, which fit my particular needs.

Efficient service and great value car.

Having paid a small deposit to reserve a car, we visited the showroom the following day and everything was ready for us. After a test drive we bought the car, a four year old Škoda Octavia which was in superb condition. Our sales assistant Andy was helpful and polite throughout. Warranty etc clearly explained. Many thanks indeed.

We ordered a car through a third party and were directed to Sparshatts in Southampton, great choice and good communication throughout. We dealt with Jason who went above and beyond for us when picking up our new car, even picked us up from the train station bless him! Oh and lovely cuppa whilst sorting the paperwork!
