Specialized Turbo Levo Carbon
Wir haben zwei Turbo Levo Carbon, nach 3,5 Jahren und normaler Nutzung, ca. 300 km pro Jahr, ist bei beiden RÀdern der Motor defekt. Specialized gibt gegenÌber dem HÀndler sogar Konstruktionsfehler zu, Ìbernimmt jedoch nur 35% der Kosten. Eigentlich sollte eine RÌckholaktion gestartet werden und bei den Serien der Motor gratis getauscht werden, wie auch andere Lieferanten das machen. Eine komplete Niederlage, vor allem bei einem Preis von 8.990 EUR pro Rad.

I ordered my Specialized Turbo Vado SL2 4.0 directly from Specialized. It was shipped to the local dealer here at Lake Havasu City AZ, where I am vacationing, three days later. They assembled it, and I have been riding every day since. I absolutely love this bike! Like they say, âitâs me, but strongerâ. I purchased an e-bike a few months ago, and didnât like the surging feeling, throttle, and the fact that it was way too heavy for me. This bike is like the road bike I have ridden for years only better. Thank you Specialized!

At my lbs, I first saw Specialized tire tubes. Picked up some for the garage. Purchased a Diverge Sport carbon and was beyond impressed. Customer Service is always there. I'm never going back to any other brand.

Except when you need warranty support in that case you are on your own . I guess it just doesn't hit the same if it's not a 2-3k bicycle .
I purchased a Specialized Rockhopper Comp XXL 2026 from Action Bike Club on 15/01 for â¬880. Within 24 hours of use, I noticed a clicking sound on every wheel rotation under load. I had to do the mechanics work and tell them the rear rim joint is the source of the clicking sound .
The warranty claim process has been extremely slow and poorly managed. Specialized's support team requested information (serial number, retailer name) that was already clearly included in my original email, showing they did not read my message properly.
Specialized then informed the store that no replacement rims exist for this bike model, meaning a manufacturing defect cannot even be repaired. The store is now searching for an alternative solution with no confirmed timeline.
I formally requested either a prompt replacement or a full refund, citing EU Directive 2019/771 on consumer rights. As of today, I have received no satisfactory response from Specialized regarding my direct email to them.
A â¬880 bike that develops a manufacturing defect within 24 hours, with no clear resolution weeks later, is not acceptable. I hope Specialized and Action Bike Club resolve this appropriately.
