I ordered the S Works Epic Evo online, for delivery at my LBS, Tam Bikes.

When it arrived, the frame had been damaged in shipping. LBS and Specialized were great. Bike was returned and replacement was delivered and built up less than a week later.

Loving this bike so far.

I loved the women's MTB air shorts. Light weight and vented! I am 5'6", 136 pounds, and needed the large. Sending them pack and now looking for them in a large!
Wish women had more choices on MBT clothing-it is not specialized fault, just the industry is suffering in general.
Also, refund was super simple!

Besides a bmx, I've never owned a bike like this one. After riding it just one time, I instantly fell in love. It rides amazing! Worth the money 100%

The set up and install instruction were very helpful. The Range Expender is definitely worthwhile.

Let me start by saying this is my 7th bike purchase from Specialized. Needless to say I love the bikes. They have always exceeded expectations. After purchasing my latest bike, the Haul LT, and assembling it at home, I was fairly surprised to find an error code associated with the electronics that makes the bike unridable. I have taken it to the local bike shop and they informed me there are a number of issues including an entire Y cable that needs replacing. The bike this is replacing is a cheap low end cargo bike and has never had a single issue with the electronics. After searching forums and talking to the LBS it seems Specialized is very aware of this issue and seemingly has done nothing to resolve it. I don't typically write reviews and this is not an attempt to dissuade someone from purchasing one of their bikes but to ship bikes with known issues without any quality control doesn't seem like the Specialized way. Hopefully there can be a resolution for future purchasers.

Sales tax was misapplied and more than the rate for my location. It seemed that Specialized applied to part, but not all of the shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges, type, and packaging were terrible. And the package was delivered two days later than promised. Charges were way out of line for such a small part. The derailleur hangar is a very small part, but it was mailed in a super large envelope. Both my wife and I were shocked by that. For the shipping cost, about $15, it was sent via ordinary USPS mail. For that cost, it should have been shipped by USPS Priority at least. I could have ordered the part from Performance Bikes for $21.99 (same price) and paid the correct sales tax, and $4.99 flat rate shipping. Next time I need anything Specialized, I'll look at other vendors.

Ich habe mein Specialized Vado seit 4 Jahren und ich bin ca. 18 x damit gefahren. Nach einer Anfangszeit, bin ich auf nasser Fahrbahn weggerutscht, gestürzt und habe nach den Verletzungen ca. zwei Jahre gebraucht, bis es mir wieder möglich war ein Rad zu benutzen. Weshalb? Beim Kauf dieses teuren Rad's waren Mäntel aufgezogen, die für feuchte Strassen nicht genug Gripp haben. So ein Unfug zu konstruieren. Jetzt habe ich wieder angefangen, das E-Bike statt dem klassischen Rad zu benutzen. Nach zwei Fahrten liess sich der Antrieb nicht mehr einschalten. Es hat eine Weil gedauert, bis ich raus hatte, dass die TCU Knopfzelle leer war. Da habe ich ein E-Bike und kann es nicht benutzen, weil eine Mini Knopfzelle leer ist. Mein 28 Jahre altes Stevens Rad ist leichtgängiger (als das Specialized ohne Unterstützung) beim Fahren und verlässlicher. Ich würde nie mehr ein Specialized kaufen!!!

I ordered this bike as a gift for my S.O. It arrived in very good packaging and was easy to assemble. Including the tools; a good torque wrench, bits, and anti-seize/carbon paste was a nice touch. The box is set up for assembly but we used a typical repair stand.
The bike worked great out of the box (after our basic assembly tasks), with good shifting, braking, etc.

One nit to pick is the plastic guard inboard of the cassette. It was rattly and served no actual purpose that I could tell. It was a PITA to remove. However, if that's the biggest gripe, we're doing pretty well.

Super quick shipping, and the tires got in just in time for me to enjoy some nice trails and sunshine! Love the 2.6 in the front and 2.4 in the back! <3

Product is good, but the website experience was disappointing. First, there is no benefit of shipping to store (it costs the same amount to just ship directly to me) so I’m not even sure why this option exists. Then after I ordered and paid shipping, I got a coupon for free shipping for orders over $50 because the item that I purchased had been sitting in my cart (on a different device).

Saddle was delivered quickly and packed appropriately.
Only 1 ride so far on trainer, but does feel better in certain areas, compared to my older power saddle.
I do wish that they could do color material, since it will replace my white saddle on my road bike.

Purchased a Creo 2 Expert - delivered to Ride More Bicycles (LBS) in just 3 days! Ride More did an outstanding job setting up the bike and then fitting it to me. Couldn't be happier!

Habe das Levo Comp Alloy Nb nun seit Ende 2023. Bisherige Kosten für Reparatur und Service 1500 €!! Fahre jeden Tag und dafür ist das MTB e-bike nicht geeignet. Hoher Verschleiss, 2 Kette, neues Ritzel hinten,Umwerfer abgerissen, neuer Bremssattel da die Kolben nicht mehr gehen, ausgeschlgenes Radlager hinten, viele Probleme mit der Elektronik schon 4 Mal ausgefallen. Alle Ersatzteile nur im Verbund nicht einzeln zu erhalten und total überzogene Preise, ganz schlechter Service vom Hersteller und auch vom Verkäufer, telefonisch immer besetzt, Chat eine Zumutung klingt sich irgenwann aus, zudem alles in Englisch, keine Kulanz. Nie mehr Specialized werde es so schnell wie möglich, nach letzter Wartung, verkaufen an jemanden der nur saisonbedingt fährt. Dann passt das Rad. Für hohe Ansprüche nicht geeignet.
