A trustworthy supplier.
I've fitted 3 of Spycamm's systems now.
1 large & 2 smaller. I think their products are good quality/value.
Their technical back-up is very helpful too.
I would highly recommend them & will use them for my future install needs.

Zetta Z16 is a camera for people who are comfortable with computer software as you will need to download serval programmes before you can access the camera's wiget and view any images.

Sorry you could not get on with our product, we do have some helpful guides on our helpsite, you will need to download the widget to enable you to setup the camera on how you want it to work, it just how the camera works.

Bought a Zetta Z15 from SyCameraCCTV…
Bought a Zetta Z15 from SyCameraCCTV and in May 2023 had an issue with the SD card. My query was dealt with quickly and professionally, and I was up and running in no time.
Would recommend them, and in fact I intend to buy more cameras from them.

Excellent product
First of all, the product itself is exactly as described. I have had no issues at all using it. The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I could not locate where to download the control software. Maybe I missed something, but I had to locate on their website through the help section. All other aspects of purchase and product are positive. Would buy from again.

Over 5 years old and still working
I’ve had a Spy Camera system for over 5 years. Excellent system with 24 hour instant play back facilities.
I ordered a new system thinking the old system had ‘passed its sell by date’ due to a blank screen. It hadn’t failed rather my wife had inadvertently unplugged the garden camera. The new unit was accept back without any hassle 5 star firm.

Poor quality and slow and ineffective after sales service.
It arrived promptly, didnt work when plugged in. Emailed service desk who are slow to respond and a week later still no progress.

Apologies on the delayed response, can you please check your spam folder, as it looks like everytime you contacted us via email, someone has emailed you back, maybe our emails have been going into spam, so there might of been a bit of mix up with the emails going into spam, as we take trust piliot and replying our customer, within the right time frame, very seriously.
I also can see you requested a refund, where we have issues you an RMA to send the items back to us also.

I bought the reconditioned spy cam for my car, it doesn’t work. The charger fell apart after taking it out the socket. Total waste of money.

what you should of done, was to go on the website and raise a ticket online and someone from helpdesk would of got in contact, I have checked and there it no emails from you, unless you used another email, so if you can give me call about this, so we can solve this issues for you.
