Having bought from here a few times beforehand always great customer service excellent knowledge and really helpful staff. i found the prices to be competitive I will not use any other company for my cctv needs.
The customer technical team are 1st rate really patient going through the technical side and explaining everything. 👍👍👍

Excellent customer service and great product
I have recently received help both via email and phone to set up a wired bird box camera. I have read a few bad reviews about the service they have received. I wanted to express my personal view on the service I received to set up my camera. It is fair to say that although I can use a computer, I am not tech savvy when it comes to unfamiliar equipment. Yes I did come across a problem with a specific part of the set up regarding receiving notifications when the camera was triggered by movement in the bird box. I received prompt clear responses initially via email and then pre arranged phone calls to resolve the issues. I always felt confident in the person I was dealing with and was always given clear instructions on what needed to be done to resolve issue and everything was dealt with in a timely manor. Overall I received an excellent service and would not hesitate to use this company again. The product I received was also of good quality

Arrived quickly despite the awful postal service at the moment. Great product. Very happy with ease of setup, ease of use and quality of playback. Customer service very informative prior to sale.

We are currently experiencing a delayed delivery; couriers are presently extremely busy during this Christmas period this time of year they are currently experiencing a back log.
We’re also expecting delays in this month from the industrial action by Royal Mail which will cause further delays unfortunately.

Password reset - excellent and immediate attention
I had lost my password for the DVR that comes as part of a bird box camera recorder kit. They were able to resolve the problem in a very short space of time. In fact, once I had raised a ticket in accordance with the instructions in their first reply to my email, the attention was practically immediate.

Disappointment
The camera delivered was not the one I ordered, also I had a lot of trouble downloading the App from the web site to set up the camera and view the images. The recommended card formatting for the sd card is now not available.
