As a complete novice with this kind of thing, so far.... I have been able to work it all out pretty well. Camera was delivered swiftly and very well packaged. I was kept informed all the way from purchase to delivery where it was and when it was arriving. Very efficient! Just had the fun of seeing what my cat has been up to overnight.....I have no doubt hours of fun ahead with seeing what comes into my garden. Very happy with my purchase, thank you.

So simple to use. Just put your SD card in the slot. Fill up the battery compartment, follow the instructions in the 'Quick User Guide' and you're good to go. Good quality shots and video footage.

Had a problem after the 30 day no quibble period ran out and it was sorted immediately with a new camera sent out to me

Purchased camera for my husbands birthday so he has not opened it yet or used it.
The camera came really speedily and website easy to use.
Can’t wait to see what comes into our garden at night

This is the 3rd camera I have, the pictures are not springwatch quality but they are good enough to give you an amazing insight to bird nesting . Tremendous value and if you need help they are only too happy to help you

This camera is brilliant , the videos are so clear . It took a few days to work it out and fit where I wanted it but I am so pleased with it and would recommend this camera to anyone.

I always buy my cctv stuff from Spy Camera CCTV, always good quality stuff and returning stuff is easy ( my fault for ordering wrong stuff) I’ve just updated to IP camera’s and NVR from my 6 year old camera’s and 2 year old DVR.
The only downside is that there was no instructions for the NVR for setting the camera’s up and for the camera mounts. Thank god for YouTube! The DIY person needs help.

Always good products, but paid for Saturday delivery which arrived the following wednesday, not sure if this was the fault of Spycam or DPD but after calling Spycam to complain they refunded me the postage.

Called SpyCamera support about a problem with the power supply for my CCTV cameras. Excellent support and advice and I was recommended a suitable replacement which is perfect.

I had problems with two of the cameras i purchased, the first was replaced with no hassle,the return procedure was very helpful.The second camera was more problematic but with excellent support from the team it was sorted.Fingers crossed hoping both products are trouble free.

Sent this as a present for my Dad’s birthday- delivery really quick, informed about despatch promptly and he’s delighted with it. It’s not installed yet as we have missed the season but he’s very excited about using it next year.

Whilst the product did not do what we needed it to, and we ended up having to return for a refund, the service received from the company was excellent.
