Thank you for leaving your review.

We're sorry that you didn't get the outcome of the appointment that you hoped for, however, if the GP didn't feel that it was medically appropriate to provide a fit to fly note then one wouldn't be issued to avoid any problems during or post-flight.

We're sorry to hear the appointment didn't start on time. There may be occasions where a previous appointment overruns slightly and the clinician needs to ensure the safe completion of an appointment for a patient who may require more time. This may also have contributed to the clinician not being able to review your notes beforehand.

If the GP feels that the symptoms and discomfort is significant enough to require immediate medical intervention, to ensure the safety of the patient, they may well recommend that they visit A&E as soon as possible so that they can get the urgent assistance they need.

It’s good to know that booking was straightforward and that the physiotherapist took time to understand your condition before suggesting ways to support your recovery.

We’re sorry, however, that the consultation felt hurried towards the end and that the exercise plan didn’t include clear instructions about the number of repetitions, sets or how often each exercise should be completed. We understand why receiving default figures of one throughout the plan would be confusing and make it difficult to follow safely.
