This was very positive
This was very positive, made this appointment when I couldn’t get one soon enough with my own GP. I had a text reminder, I had space to fully explain my symptoms and provide photos, I had a reminder before the appointment and a very useful video consultation with an actual doctor.

Wanted to get a second opinion on a wooden splint that was stuck behind my hand nail. Doctor was very attentive, offered great advice and also helped me get access to the right resources to resolve my issue.

I was impressed by the ease of the whole process.
The website was straight forward to use. The availability of an appointment was extremely fast. The Doctor I was connected with was both thorough and yet patient waiting for my answers. Understood my concerns and delivered the referral we agreed upon by email immediately after the consultation. I was impressed by the ease of the whole process.

The entire consultation was…
The entire consultation was surprisingly brief, generic, and rather superficial. I was not satisfied with it at all. Apart from being asked a few questions and receiving a printable PDF practice worksheet, that was essentially all it consisted of. Overall, my opinion of the consultation is below average, and I found it quite disappointing.

Easy to book an appointment and Dr Iman Salehi was polite, listened and gave great recommendations. Seems like a good alternative to going to a private gp.

I needed to see a GP and I couldn’t get…
I needed to see a GP and I couldn’t get past the receptionist at my own GP. I took the referral letter down to surgery and fortunately got them to act on it. The private GP identified what was needed and I was quickly sent to a specialist

Mental Health Service
I used the mental health service to see a therapist ( Chris Haylock ) the session was much more helpful and fulfilling than i had initially expected especially with it being a 30 min session. i’m very glad i reached out and i will definitely use the services again.
