Good afternoon,

We're glad to hear that, once connected, your GP appointment was handled well and that the doctor took the time to listen, assess your concern and arrange the next steps promptly.

We're sorry there were a couple of attempts needed before the consultation connected successfully. Video appointments can depend on the strength and stability of the internet or mobile connection being used at the time, and in areas with weaker signal, the connection can sometimes be less reliable than one would like.

We're pleased the appointment was able to go ahead and that the GP provided the support and follow-up you needed once the connection was established.
