We're pleased to hear that you found the therapist professional.

The mental health support available through Square Health is provided in line with the appointment structure and session allowance set within each member’s policy or benefit. As with most clinical appointments, each session has a set time so the therapist can understand the main concerns, offer appropriate guidance and help the member make the best use of the support available.

Don't forget that, depending on their policy, members are entitled to multiple sessions within a policy year so subsequent follow up sessions can compliment any previous ones.

We're pleased to hear that the GP listened to your concerns and made a recommendation based on the symptoms and history you discussed during the consultation. We're sorry to learn that the scan could not proceed via your insurer, particularly when you are still experiencing pain.

While our GP can assess your symptoms and make clinical recommendations where appropriate, any decision about whether a scan or further treatment is authorised under your insurance policy sits with Aviva and is based on the terms of your cover.

We're sorry this has left you feeling no further forward, but we do hope the consultation itself helped you receive clear clinical guidance on the next step that was felt to be appropriate.
