Priority tickets issues

I have used this company for many years and majority of the time have got to see the shows. Back in 2015 I had tickets for loose women that had Peter Andre as a guest and even though I got there early I didn’t have a priority ticket so was turned away and a priority note put on the system (although I may have got in if it hadn’t been for the organisers allowing latecomers to join the queue meeting their friends , I questioned this and was told it is allowed as it’s a group booking) unfair if there is 30 in a group and they turn up late but still get in.
My issue is that my friend really wanted to go to loose women and as I have access issues I made them aware of this. I thought I was been given priority tickets due to my access issues. Previously back in 2015 I had received emails reminding me I had a priority note but they stopped after approx 2016 so I didn’t think it would still be there after 7 years. At no point in the email about the tickets did they mention I was using this old priority note. I’ve contacted them approx 3/4 times regards this and only got one reply saying I’ve used it up so no priority for any more shows. I was saving it for graham Norton in future if Liam neeson is a guest. Before the show I was bombarded with emails but now nothing. Another issue I had was the waiting in the queue. I was told there would be plenty of seating but once pass security there was nothing I was in a lot of pain and there was no one to speak to. Once in the studio I wanted to go and get water from my bag which they wouldn’t allow me to bring in , as I was thirsty and the security guard standing with a cup of water in her hand wouldn’t let me go outside the studio or offer me an alternative. Also it was raining ☔ that day and even though there was shelter they kept us all outside in the rain for ages. My coat was soaked through. The loose women were lovely shame my day was spoilt by other issues. I have to go through trustpilot as sro wont respond to my emails.
Take note priority doesn’t guarantee entry so if popular show you should go very early.

I was a little apprehensive of


I was a little apprehensive of attending a show due to the reviews being so low however, my experience was completely different (I feel like people only leave reviews when they’re angry about something as appose to happy).
Me and my partner travelled from Yorkshire to London yesterday afternoon to go and see the Jonathan Ross show. We decided to get in the queue super early as we didn’t want a wasted trip (2 hours) and we was 16&17th in the queue. Lots of people behind us got in, including some that arrived 15 minutes before entry.

Don’t let the reviews put you off! Ps the Jonathan Ross show did not disappoint!!!! An absolute MUST see :)

They over subscribe by a good 50% don’t


They over subscribe by a good 50% don’t bother unless you want to queue for ages in the cold and then go home. It’s a joke how shabby they treat people they need to learn to count how many seats they have available before hand and by all means have a small number of standby seats. But don’t mess people about by turning half away after they have queued for ages.

Applied for 25 Shows

Applied for 25 Shows and never got a ticket.
Not sure why . Must be unlucky.
Love this show on TV so I think the live record would be something special. Too late for this year now but will continue to apply next year more in hope than expectation

Awesome experience! Yes reviews are varied but can’t fault a free ticket!

Some of you, like me, saw the reviews and thought
.uh oh. A potential scam is imminent. But honestly far from it. Booking tickets was a synch, and the fact that they were FREE as well as awesome. (Not sure if they’re all free but tickets to the Last Leg were!) I booked tickets as a present and so I needed to transfer the tickets to the family members name whose present it was. Lil bit of a faff but easily done and staff were friendly and quick to respond via email and phone! Definitely recommend!

Thanks to SRO

We have been to quite a few shows with tickets from SRO and cannot fault them. The people in charge are always very helpful and we’ve NEVER been told there wasn’t enough seats for us. We’ve been to Dancing on Ice.. The Voice
Celebrity Chase and many more with majority of the venues having food and drinks on sale. We DO NOT have Priority tickets to any shows and grateful our tickets are FREE

Completely demeaning, zero Fs given attitude!

I can't work out why I'm asked to contact a company regarding tickets when no one replies or answers the phone.
Got The Vpice tickets, drove down and got told my seats had been given out.
Then got tickets for Graham Norton, with two days advance notice on a day that I didn't even request to begin with. Have been told I can't change the second ticket person,who works as a first responder, and so can't make it.
I have sent 4 emails saying can we change the date with no reply. Made multiple calls with no answer. I genuinely don't know why they treat people like they are worthless.
Keep your free tickets, pay a TV licence to get treated like absolute crap for TV paid for by the public.
These shows should consider a new company.
The website looks and works like something my niece has made in a high school media project! Absolute basic people!

The Last Leg, Television Centre.

Before attending The Last Leg show, I read the reviews on this page, and just purely panicked that I was going to have such a challenging experience.
And I can tell you, I absolutely did not!
Although I will admit, we did get to the Television centre 3 hours before admission, but this is needed if you want to guarantee a chance of a seat ( the queue can get pretty long, and obviously priority ticket holders get in before you) ! We queued for 2.5 hours all together, and for anyone willing to do this, I suggest bringing plenty to drink, or snacks if needed (for the queue, no food or drink in venue!), and chat to the people around you, and definitely don’t go alone, as it helps having someone guard your place in line for toilet trips! (There are plenty near by!)
The team managing these queues were utterly amazing! And so polite! (Shout out to the lady with the blue hair, the woman knows what she’s doing!)
Once getting through the first queue, and obtaining our two wrist bands, we had to go through the security check, and then we’re given the option of seating (comfort or behind hosts to be on tv)
The show was amazing, the seats were great, the warm up act was hilarious, and the production team were so amazing and lovely, thanking us for our time, and wishing us a good night, and safe journey.
Don’t let the bad reviews deter you like they did me, we really enjoyed our experience, and grateful towards SRO for the tickets!

Just terrible

Such bad service, I had to look up to see if it was a scam, and it does sort of feel it was, even though some people do get to go.
Ignored all my confirmations with guest names, and now I can't go because apparently I didn't confirm details. They don't answer emails or the phone.

Absolutely appalling shambles of a company. We went to Lee Mack, from London to Pinewood in Berkshire to be told that no, we would not get in but would be priority for another show. Booked for Katherine Ryan, 4 people but only 3 had their tests collected and 4th told 'too late now'. He offered to do a lateral flow test as he had some but was refused. Tests were sent out way too late for the 72 hour test so we had to do both on 48 hours. Dismal. Why can't they work out that if you post tests out on the Friday a lot of people are unlikely to receive them on the Saturday. I assumed the Lee Mack debacle was a one off but no, they simply do not care how much inconvenience we go to. The show is tonight, 3 of us have done the tests yet still no tickets. None of us will be going even should tickets show up as they cannot be trusted to have enough respect to actually allow us to see the show. I will absolutely NOT be applying for more tickets with this shower. I went to Channel 4 shows for many years without a hitch but with this lot dealing with the tickets you are better off waiting to watch the shows on TV. Disgusting.

Waste of Time * Terrible Service

When you reach your limit why continue to offer tickets. After travelling for 3 hours and arriving by the specified time we were turned away. Please remember that people are not coming from around the corner but up and down the UK. They also promised that I would receive reserved tickets within 24 hours for the next show. Still waiting for that email. Waste and time and terrible service.

Beat the Chasers massively oversubscribed

We were a party of 3 and thankfully, we got in. We arrived at 12.30 & joined the queue. I don't know how many people were turned away but once inside, the capacity is tiny. Even without the socially distanced seats, there's no way even half of that queue were getting in. The capacity was was about 200 max, and mainly parties of 3 or 4. The contestants & their party are included in the main audience. When the contestant goes up, they fill their seat with a random person - social distancing???
The email says no food allowed and no drinks unless in a plastic bottle. We saw metal flasks & all sorts of food being allowed in.

Security was tight in terms of searching and well-organised, which was good.
We had a great day, but we drove 120 miles, so if we hadn't got in, we'd have been fuming.

Complete disrespect of peoples time

What an utter shambles it was at Beat the Chasers this afternoon. We got there an hour and a half before the doors allegedly open but as the previous review also says you don’t get in or not till an hour later so we were waiting for 2 and a half hours and then got told they couldn’t get us in with 8 of us left in the queue. They had cut the queue in half 3 times by this point so you really thought at that point they might actually know how many people they could fit in with the seats left. I don’t agree with how much they over subscribe the ticket allocation but I knew they did when I turned up so it’s one thing us not getting in cause we weren’t early enough/not priority/not in a big group but for them not to be able to work out how many people they can fit in vs home many people are in the queue is a disgrace. If we’d been told when we got there or even half and hour an hour hour or even an hour and a half later then we would have been disappointed like the people behind us who were told in the previous cuts of the queue but to make us wait 2 and a half hours standing up in a grotty park to then be told we weren’t getting in when you wrongly assume surely someone inside can add up the remaining seats and gaps between for social distancing and minus the people outside to work out who’s getting in and who isn’t but obviously they couldn’t and just wait for all the seats to go and then realise they will have to tell more people they can’t get in is beyond me. You can’t leave the queue and come back so a girl behind us was asking if she could use the toilet towards the end but the guy just kept saying bear with us but was absolutely useless like the rest of them. Why the showing couldn’t be full capacity with a negative test or proof or double vaccination is another issue among others I could rant all day about. Do not waste your time with SRO!

Went to see Beat the Chasers recently

Went to see Beat the Chasers recently. We got in and got to see the show which was very good, but disappointed with how the audience system works. You get sent a lot of information however it appears to be just a template that is sent to everyone for every show. It would have been good for them to let people know that if you're on your own, you have nearly no chance of getting in, they said this to someone that was right near the front of the queue. Large groups have priority, groups of 4 or more get priority service and get to jump the queue. Those that were unprepared and didn't check the weather and bring an umbrella, also got priority service.

Security once through into the tent were unorganised, shouting at each other across the tent, one of them kept sending the wrong people through into the studio, and ignoring the ones that had been waiting a lot longer, a couple were good and tried their best to keep things in order, but it was all over the place.

Some things I wish I had known:

The gates open when they say they open, but expect to be waiting for another 30 - 45 minutes at least.

You need to get there very early, so many priority ticket holders turned up last minute that not many people behind us actually got in, and we got there around 2 hours early.

Priority ticket holders are those that didn't get into previous shows, and there will be a lot of them! The amount of people queing compared to actual seats looked to be about 3 to 1.

They favor larger groups. If you're on your own, you're not going to get in, even if you're right at the front. If you're in a large group and are right at the back, you're going to be cherry picked to go straight in.

Biggest issue for me is having to stand for such a long time. I suffer from sciatica which has flared up from standing too long. Anyone else with similar issues, have a look online for portable folding stools, there's nowhere to sit when queuing. (Update: 4 months an MRI and 2 boxes of pain killers later, I'm almost back to normal).

All this said, we're glad we went, great fun, got to see 11 celebrities, experience once in the studio was brilliant. We probably wouldn't use SRO Audiences again unless we could buy priority tickets like many of the other companies offer.

The Voice - We had no Voice!

Absolutely discussed how this was arranged!!! I don’t know how they get away with it or who makes these decisions. But they treat people with no respect!!!
Over an hour travelling to Media City, my children and I were the first 75 in the queue and queued for 5 hours hoping and expecting to get into The Voice which holds 500 people. I know that priority take first shout as their queue was opposite us, which was about 100-150 people. Also, production, may I add I was informed they the can call the day before and request as many tickets as they like! No limit or nothing. As we were queuing outside it got extremely cold, but being the first 75 we should have got in, right! NO! NO!
Turned away after 5 hours! SRO audiences need to respectfully change how they allocate, especially to production, and limit them! and NOT over allocate tickets by so many! Over 400 people got turned away!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves SRO audiences!!
Use Applause Store as they know what’s going on and have plenty of HELPFUL staff and none were seen to ask at The Voice, who let you know that being at the front we still wouldn’t get in.
