I would like to express my gratitude and praise to the attendant who contacted me. At such a delicate time, she demonstrated empathy, patience and professionalism, which made all the difference. Her attentive and human attitude made me feel welcomed and safe. Service like this deserves to be recognized!

Good service

Talking about such sensitive topics with trauma attached is not easy but this was much less scary than I expected it to be and they were polite and understanding.
