Radiator plastic parts
Was happy with the various parts received. Replaced some very old/broken parts. Efficient delivery. Only negative is the one photo on the website. Would have been useful to have seen the reverse too as I ended up with a different part than what I thought Iâd ordered but appreciate that was probably my error!!.

Delivery delayed with damage during transit
Delivery delayed with TRV valve arrived on time, but radiator a day later with very tatty and re-taped packaging by the shipping company. Opening this I found the radiator to be slightly damaged. Stelrad handled the supply of a replacement efficiently and were helpful and apologetic. I have previously had excellent service but think they may need to review the shipping companies they use.

I ordered two batches of radiators
I ordered two batches of radiators. The second on next day delivery. Neither turned up on time. For the second I even rang up after placing the order to make sure it had come through from the website and that it was definitely coming the next day. I was told it would arrive. It didn't.
