Dennis and Michael were excellent to work with. They were responsive, proactive and made me feel comfortable with my first home purchase. Dennis went out of his way to arrange for a viewing in the early hours and took the time to show me around the estate and also the neighbourhood to ensure I felt safe. He was very responsive to any questions I had afterwards. Michael was a great support throughout the negotiations phase and was in touch even on weekends which was much appreciated. They made the process seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Stone Real Estate.

John showed me around a lovely development in south east London. A complete delight, he was a pleasure to chat with, and, crucially, did not come across as pushy in the slightest.

This makes a huge difference when considering such a large investment. If John is representative of Stone at large, then go for them.

I had an awesome experience working with Michael recently. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was always responsive - even during the holiday period. I’d highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a flat.

Lied to/misinformation/harassed-avoid!!

It was a pleasure to deal with both James and Myles
who went out of their way to be helpful and explain the flat and the area to me in great detail and even twice arranging site visits of the flat I wanted even though it was not yet finished. This was all very helpful and made a big difference to me making my mind up.Then I was introduced to Kelsey who was absolutely delightful and worked tirelessly to achieve my requests in time for my agreed exchange date on August 3. So thanks to these amazing people I am now well on my way to moving in to my beautiful home on completion.

Our experience with KS has been incredible from initial viewing all the way through to exchanging the contracts. Our agent Myles was patient, knowledgeable in arranging our viewings and educating us on the properties and surrounding neighborhood; when we were ready to make an offer, Michael who handed the paperwork was very attentive, always quick to respond to queries even after hours. When the offer was accepted and time came for solicitors/mortgage advisors to take on the baton, Kelsey the sales ops manager was absolutely incredible in helping us to drive the process, following up with relevant stakeholders on our behalf and always keeping us in the loop. The process would have been a lot more stressful for us without her involved, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Kelsey. All in all incredible service from every member of KS that we interacted with. Have already recommended them to all our friends looking to buy.

Great partnering with Sam at Kingsbury Stone!

Spoken with Sam over the course of at least a year looking at a number of developments across West Hampstead. I’ve found a place that I think is great for me and I’m really grateful that Sam understood my requirements and I could trust him in getting me there. You’re lucky if you get to work with him!

Excellent experience from initial meeting / chat to securing my off plan property. It was great dealing with Myles who really helped me to get my head around buying off plan. Things moved quickly but the process was very smooth.

I am not a first time buyer and have been saving up for a second property which would be my main home and quite frankly had given up due to the amount of money I needed upfront for a decent property in London. The team at Kingsbury stone were fantastic starting from Daniel who showed us around a new build and offering valuable advice to Dennis who was able to secure a stamp duty relief from the developer making it possible for me to secure the property. The most notable experience for me is the journey throughout the purchase, Kelsey was fantastic, professional, fun and helpful! I thought the entire service was brilliant and eased a lot of my anxiety around finance/uncertainty in the property we market. I used a broker and solicitor recommended by the team and they were superb too. I would highly recommend this amazing team!

My search for a property went on for a long while, using various estate agents throughout South West London. I can safely say that Kingsbury stone were by far the best. From the initial viewing with John, who was informative about the property and the surrounding area, to the initial property reservation with James who assisted with negotiating a great offer down from the asking price, all the way to Kelsey who has been amazing throughout the post-offer stage, taking me through all the necessary documents required and giving frequent updates on the progress, as well as just being a really friendly bunch.

I can’t recommend using Kingsbury stone enough, they are straight talkers with no messing around, as well as being very nice people who clearly care about their clients.

We got in touch with Kingsbury Stone at the beginning of our property search and was in continuous contact with them until we found the one we’d end up buying.
