I had a pleasant viewing with Daniel. He budgeted plenty of time to see all available apartments in the development, and helped with checks such as water pressure. This allowed me to form a meaningful opinion to consider the flats. While many people would still do a final viewing before a big transaction, without Daniel's approach a first viewing would not count. He went beyond by offering to guide on the location. I would confidently go view more flats with him.

I met with Sam Garcia three times before purchasing the flat. I haven't moved in yet & will be getting keys in 8 days, but overall it's a smooth experience (which is rare, I heard). The process took longer than it was supposed to, I didn't know why and didn't really chase them either. They are very responsive and professional. The solicitor, Bradley, Sam referred me to is also a delight to work with. I highly recommend reaching out to Sam if you are interested in any of the properties they are selling; this is an agency that only sells new builds. Also, they don't cold call you and harass you 10 times a day like how other agencies do before you make an offer... which I seriously appreciated!

Daniel showed me a few flats, but the last one caught my eye, and I'm sure he knew the last one was the one everyone might like.
He's a fantastic energetic agent who knows his job and explains everything like a pro.
Since then and right after the process, Denis, the manager, helped me a lot to start the process, and Kelsey, who was excellent support for the entire process till the end.

I have recently bought my new build through Kingsbury Stone. All members of the team were very friendly.
Kelsey answered every email promptly and helped solve many issues with the solicitors which I am grateful for.

One thing however which prevents me giving a higher score, is the fact that I was told at the time of viewing that there were only 2 single bedroom flats available in the development and was only allowed to view those two. Once moved in I realised that nearly all 1 bedroom flats were still available and felt lied to. The flat I ended up purchasing had pidgeons nested in the upper balcony which caused significant soilage on my balcony. This was not even cleaned although promised for when I moved in.

Not sure what tactic this was to say there were only 2 units available, but I guess this isa typical for estate agents. This probably caused me to act more quickly than neccasary in putting offers in for a less preferred unit in the development.

We are in the process of purchasing a new-build through Kingsbury stone, who have been absolutely stellar throughout the process thus far. Firstly we had our viewing with Joe, who allowed us plenty of time to mooch around the flat, was able to answer all our questions regarding floor plans to rental yields, at extraordinary great length. Then we were lucky to have James negotiating hard for our offer to be accepted, which required very little input from us with no back and forth - he deployed solid skills to get us a good deal! Finally Kelsey, who is guiding us though the waters of exchange and completion - she has been from day one such a delight to work with, both in her warm friendly nature and in her ability to get things moving forward without causing panic. I've been very much reassured that things are being handled well by these top class professionals and would have no hesitation recommending them.

I had a really great experience with Joe, he was very thorough and patient, great communication and really knowledgeable about the property!

Great attention to detail. Able to tailor my specific requirements to properties that i was looking for. I did not feel rushed into making any decisions. There was support right up till the very end of the decision making process. All in all would definitely recommend when looking to buy a home.

I need to say that I'm giving Daniel Green a 5 star rating here, and if I could separate them, I'd give a few other team members less stars.

Daniel was our estate agent and he was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming, but also very informative and really helped us make the best decision for our first home. We're very grateful to him for being so helpful and was around to answer all our questions right through the entire buying process.

The team that I didn't have the opportunity to meet were not very helpful. I struggled to receive replies and it took two months for my calls to even be answered (and I had to go through members of the team that weren't on my case). I hope that the remaining team members take a page out of Daniel's book and start giving more attention to their clients

Overall good experience though! We found a beautiful home, the paperwork was done very quickly, and once we were finally able to get in touch with the team we managed to get things sorted quicker than expected.

I have been dealing with Dennis J at Kingsbury Stone over the past few weeks relating to purchasing an apartment at the Middle Yard development. So far, in the early stages of the process, I have been impressed with his diligence and his willingness to go the extra mile. For example, I was struggling to get access to a scanner, and he offered to drive all the way to where I am currently living to pick up the signed forms and also answered queries via email after hours. Sounds trivial, but it's small gestures like this that make all the difference, especially for a process that can be quite stressful. Dennis also understood that I was unable to take calls regularly throughout the day due to work and so used various communication channels to contact me, which I have appreciated. As mentioned, I am at the early stages and I am hoping that the rest of the journey with Kingsbury Stone is just as good! I will post a follow-up review on (hopefully!), completion! So far so good!
