Sam was really helpful and open about the good and bad of the flat. He was also very patient in answering my many questions as first time buyers in the UK. Highly recommend!

Joe showed me a flat in Wimbledon. It was a great experience. The whole team is professional and they help you whenever needed. I will defo recommend them to especially the first time buyers.

John was very king to show us around on a Saturday morning and made the experience way easier.

Daniel showed me a few apartments in Middle Yard but before the visit he took me on a walking tour of the area (Dollis Hill) for me to get a sense of the place. He told me a few historical facts like Churchill's bunker being there :) and made sure I knew about the kind of area that I was planning to buy an apartment in. He showed me 4-5 apartments that met my criteria, allowed me enough time to check and didn't rush. I had an excellent overall experience.

Myles Hook helped us look at great properties - he found time on short notice and was available to answer all the questions we had in great detail. Overall, very positive and welcoming house-searching experience

This was really the smoothest home hunting and buying experience I've been through. Dennis booked some time with us to go through the property sepcifications and plans before a proper tour of the whole place and the properties. Clearly, the best agent in town.

Daniel Green provided a great estate service for me when we had our first meeting. He stayed past his working hours and strived to get me into the actual apartment for a viewing, despite difficult circumstances. He was also honest with the shortcomings of the properties. Sam Garcia did a second viewing for me and answered all my questions nicely. Dennis Johansson and Graeme Grossman were amazing and helpful during the entire process from reservation to completion.

We were helped by Myles, one of Kingsbury Stone's state agent and he was incredibly helpful. He took note of what we were looking for and found us a selection of flats that matched our all of our specifications. Strongly recommend!

We first dealt with John Cahill for a few developments. John was professional throughout, and was extremely knowledgeable about the development we viewed with him. We were then referred to Daniel Green by John, to view a few other developments. Daniel was again extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and we were viewing the right development’s for us. I would 100% get in touch with Kingsbury Stone again should I be in the market for a new build. Daniel was really personable and down to earth. He also made sure to make us feel comfortable about the areas we were considering buying in, walking us around the local area as well as the development which made the experience exceptional.

Daniel was really detailed and provided a lot of information on the properties. You could tell he was not only there to sell, but to also understand the client needs. He asked a ton of questions and was interested in our preferences and priorities. He showed us a variety of flats and took the time to give us the pros and cons of each. We really liked his approach and honesty.

A really tremendous team. I have just exchanged contracts on an amazing flat thanks to the dedication and support of Daniel and Dennis. Daniel spent a long time with me showing me several flats in the building and then walked me around the whole area, to get me acquainted with it. Dennis worked with me until 10.30 in the evening to ensure that I completed all documents correctly in time to get my offer in by 9.00am the next morning before the ‘open day’ started, where they had 20 appointments for the few remaining flats. He also negotiated a very good price for me. Michael Stone, founder, was also extremely helpful in ensuring that I completed on the day that I wanted, as the developers were trying to change dates. All in all, they are really the most delightful team and would be my first port of call if I ever decide to buy again!

Danny at Middle Yard has been very helpful in the showing me the property. His insights on the property have helped us a lot to take the right decision. He seems very passionate about properties and housing in general which is refreshing as compared to any other agents we ve seem properties with. Quite a refreshing viewing experience with him i must say. I would highly recommend Kingsbury Stone and say “namaste” to danny if you get to see him after reading this review.

Daniel was great to work with, he not only showed me the features of the development but took me around the area, which is typically rare. A good experience all in all and would work with Kingsbury Stone again in the future!

I was in contact with Ross Rose during my house search process and as a first time buyer, purchasing on my own he really helped advise me in some of the areas I was less aware of. He also was attentive along the way without being overbearing and was genuinely really helpful in guiding my search and it made me feel like I wasn't embarking on this journey completely on my own. He showed me two developments and multiple units in both and I felt like he gave me his honest opinion as a homeowner and not as someone trying to sell. Having dealt with multiple estate agents along the way I'm really glad I managed to end up buying a property through Ross!

Was dealt with by Sam Garcia who from our first meeting listened to understand my search requirements and provided recommendations to match. He was easy to deal with and forthcoming on additional information on surrounding areas of properties.

Whilst we didn’t go ahead in the end with one of their properties, my experience with Sam was extremely positive and would recommend having discussions with Kingsbury stone for anyone looking to purchase a property in central London.
