We had a great experience letting our beloved family home through the Stow Brothers. Sotiria, Ryan and Dhurata were very helpful, guiding us through all the steps we needed to complete, and were always available if we needed more information or clarification. All fees and requirements were explained up front and detailed clearly, and the team helped us set up the appointments and paperwork that we needed.

Moving in London is always stressful and you never know what you’re going to get with estate agents. But I can categorically say that Stow Brothers are the best we’ve come acros. There is a reason there are so many positive reviews, and they truly live up to them.

Every single question, concern, and worry we had was worked through with us and for us, making our move completely seamless and easy.

The entire team (Rhea, Sotiria, Ingrid + everyone else) has been fantastic throughout the process, and whenever staff members were off, others stepped right in and were more than happy to help.

Having been into their Walthamstow office, it’s clear they have a brilliant team culture, but I want to say an especially big thank you to Ryan Goullée. This is the third time I have used Stow Brothers, first they let and managed my flat for just over a year, then I sold my flat through this company, and now my daughters bought a house from Highams Park branch of Stow Brothers.
When buying and selling, i dealt with Mia Francis (Sales progressor), Mia is a real professional, she kept me and my daughters informed during the whole process, and provided excellent customer care, and is an asset to Stow Brothers.
I am extremely happy with Stow Brothers, they are the best if you are looking to rent, buy or sell.
I already have and will always recommend Stow Brothers to friends and family.

The experience with Stow Brothers and namely Ryan and Tanika has been great. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. What I also appreciated was how respectful they were towards the existing tenant during the showing. The rental process once everything was agreed also went extremely smooth, answers were provided very quick and they were helpful throughout. I can definitely recommend them when searching for a new home or renting/selling your home.

I have rented my property out in Walthamstow through Stow Brothers for over ten years, and their service has always been outstanding. Recently Catarina Pita - in the property management department - has far exceeded my expectations. Professional, warm and informative she has kept me up to date on some recent renovations and I can't rate her highly enough. Her communications between the trades people, the tenant and myself has been prompt and she also brought in the project under budget and much quicker than expected.

I cannot recommend Stow Brothers highly enough. As a landlord who recently relocated abroad, having a reliable team on the ground in London is critical, and the Walthamstow branch delivered on every front.

Our experience started with Gok, who was our main point of contact for getting the house on the market. He was highly proactive, driving the internal teams to get the listing live as quickly as possible. Once live, Gok handed things over to Kevin, who took charge of the viewings and potential tenant checks. Kevin was outstanding—especially when our first applicants failed referencing. He navigated the situation seamlessly and quickly secured a new, excellent tenant with a faster move-in timeline.

On the administrative and logistical side, Tanika was incredibly efficient. She made sure all compliance paperwork was in order, and coordinated both the pre-tenancy professional clean and the thorough check-in inventory.
