I have very good experience with The Stow Brothers since they first help me find a flat to rent. I moved in in November 2024 and am still with them. They have provided great service. Especially my contact Anita Datta has been very courteous, approachable and available to handle any issues and problems. Any issue that I have raised, she has been quick to respond and sorted it promptly.

Responsive and helpful

Our property manager Anita Datta has been excellent, providing a friendly and responsive customer service throughout our tenancy. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t ask for a better service. Thanks Anita!

Overall really enjoyed our experience with the Stow brothers from start to finish.

We had Ellie Smith as our property manager and from the start she was very prompt and proactive in assisting us with any issues we had. The beginning of our tenancy was smooth and well communicated, during our tenancy raising issues was easy and they were addressed very quickly. At the end of our tenancy Ellie helped to facilitate an early end to our lease with our landlord (moving due to professional reasons) and she helped make the process of ending our tenancy equally smooth.
We are sad to be leaving the stow brothers as our estate agents and will miss having Ellie look after us.

Ellie is an excellent property manager. Very clear communication and always so quick to respond to my queries regarding the house. I would definitely recommend her!

Ryan Goullée has been a very responsible agent throughout all our house viewings. He’s consistently helpful, handles our tricky questions and requests with ease, and goes out of his way to support us every step of the process.

Stow Brothers have managed our property for 5+ years. They are excellent - very timely correspondence, great accountancy, affordable and thorough contractors. We are managed by Dhurata and Anita who are both superstars! Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Anita Datta always keeps me informed and checks in with me frequently to make sure everything is ok and I'm happy with everything. She is always, professional, polite and does everything possible to help if there are ever any problems. Always at the end of an email or phone call should I need to get in touch with her. Would highly recommend. Absolutely delighted with her and the service she provides.

From start to finish Stow Brothers have been superb estate agents. We felt completely looked after and informed and very much appreciated Anita’s (and Josh’s) efficient way of working. Let’s be honest, estate agents don’t have the best reputation (!) but I can whole heartedly say these guys are genuinely thoughtful, honest and working for the people! #notallestateagents

Anita has been the most fantastic property manager. Kind, attentive and a lovely human - we’re moving on to pastures new but we wished we could have stayed with Anita & Stow Bros.

In my experience, Stow Brothers always work hard to fix issues, even if contractors can sometimes be a little slow. (But the contractors are still loads better than I have experienced in London, before now.) Our property manager, Anita Dodd, is excellent. She is always ready to listen, and is very proactive in communicating with us/organising around our schedule. Thanks again!
