Great service which is executed by the book, and it definitely worth paying the prices because you get what you pay for, a professional and reliable service.

The saga continues!! Having been treated very poorly now for nearly a month since purchasing my vehicle and experiencing many issues, I finally got worn down by the whole process and reluctantly accepted an offer by the dealership to attend to the problems with the vehicle, having been told by the GM at the dealership that I could not exercise my consumer rights and reject the vehicle. I have since been informed by another Sytner dealership that the GM is incorrect.

All the same, I am being hugely inconvenienced with the problems so I thought I’d cut my losses and just get the work attended to by the dealership.

Two full working days have passed since advising the GM. He has refused to return my phone calls and has not replied to my emails.

I have been left in limbo by the dealership. My poor customer experience of Audi and Aylesbury just gets worse and worse!

Dismissive, and down right rude and unhelpful.

The irony is that I escalated my complaint within Stratstone customer follow up and all they did was refer me back to the dealership and the individualsI had raised the complaint about!

I have been left high and dry! Avoid this dealership at all costs. For your own sanity!

Footnote: Idid last evening receive an email from the GM who said he had been in and out of meetings for two days and hadn’t had a chance to return my calls! I am a very busy professional, single dad to two children. If I failed to call a client back over a 2 day period, given the history of issues, then I would be out of a job! We are all busy and this is a lame and patronising excuse. When he did reply it was simply an acknowledgement of the email I had sent 2 days prior. He had not got any news, had not made any arrangements to collect my vehicle. All he said was he was aiming to deal with it before next Wednesday. Nice to know the GM and Stratstone has the luxury of time to deal with such matters as they see fit and in a time line to suit themselves!!. Zero regard for a customer and the continued stress and inconvenience caused.

Everyone is friendly and helpful and makes time for me whether I'm visiting for service or parts.

Becoming expensive and not as good as they once were

During a recent service visit, the fault in my vehicle could not be identified. I received a follow-up call for feedback, which was escalated to Bryan Cook. Mr. Cook has personally taken charge of the matter to ensure that the issue is sorted. Exemplary service by the chap.

Disgustingly treated by staff at this branch. Demanded payment when car was under warranty. Refused to give me back MY OWN key. Wasted HOURS of my day
