Chloe and Simon both kept me updated

This is the worst Audi dealership I have ever come across in my 30 years of driving Audis. Not only are they economical with the truth, telling you they have checked a 22K car over before they sell it but missing 4 misaligned wheels and a trashed glove compartment, but when you complain they ignore you, just hoping you will get bored and go away. DO NOT deal with them. You are better off buying a car from the random local garage round the corner. Appaling in every single way.

Honestly some of the reps were super rude, Not telling me what was wrong with my car at all. I had to speak to senior level just to understand what exactly was wrong.
Super rude over the phone. The person that was initially dealing with my car. When I told him he was being rude he said ‘okay’. No sense of customer support at all initially.

This is my local Audi and I am a regular here. I have no issue with them.

Shocking after service. Booked in my 2026 S5 Avant in for warranty issues, fault had been diagnosed previously as fuel sender defect. Audi Halesowen had the car for 24 hours & diagnosed the car as requiring a Software Update which wasnt due until early 2027! Me, muggings, believed them & drove home down the motorway when the car started surging & the Pre Sense kicked in! I nearly went through the windscreen - Audi Assist were called out & the diagnosed approx 6 fuel faults - misfires & cat problems, all stemming from fuel sender fault! Now how could they of totally mis diagnosed my car! And literally within minutes of me driving away! I have emailed the Garage Manager & the Aftersales guy and do you think i got a reply ? You guessed right ! NOTHING! - if you value your car & want it looked after & have peace of mind it is in capable hands, then do yourself a favour & go elsewhere.

Great communication from start to finish…very happy with work carried out.

I’m so impressed with Stratstone Audi Halesowen.
I received outstanding service when I purchased my car last October.
On my return to the dealership to have my car MOT’d the customer service was to the same high level. Simon was excellent throughout the whole process. Yas in the showroom remembered me and helped me with the Audi app.
At all times staff are friendly and professional. Each time I leave the dealership I feel thrilled with how I have been treated.

I took my car for it's annual service at the Audi Halesowen branch. I had a good experience overall. This was significantly different to previous interactions I had with the team. My point of contact was Chloe. She was great. We had a misunderstanding regarding service prices and she quickly resolved the problem. She was friendly and clear following our misunderstanding. The reason behind 4 stars vs 5 stars is due to the team offering a complimentary car wash and vacuum that was not completed after the service. I was asked if I would like to have my car vacuumed and washed, I said yes but this was not completed.

Very helpful and customer service was great coffee and biscuits keeper coming and cleaned car when finished

Very bad service. Seized my engine after going in for a routine service and still charged me for it. Very rude even the service manager.
Avoid at all costs.

A real customer centric approach from the team. I had an issue that originated at another branch asthey had closed down and couldn’t resolve. Audi Halesowen just took it in there stride to get it sorted, even though it was a different franchise, and involved extra admin, which they never burdened me with.

Excellent and very efficient service.

Having been the custodian of my current vehicle, a Carbon-Black coloured BMW X3 M-Sport for only 12 months, I wasn't intending on replacing this for a few years.

Having been out that morning, on our way home my son, who's very much into cars wanted to extend our journey so asked if we could call into Audi Halesowen.

Once on the forecourt, he spotted a stunning Audi e-tron which he believed to be an excellent unplanned replacement. Briefly having looked at the car, we made our way to the reception area of the showroom where we were greeted, felt welcomed with offered a drink whilst a salesperson became available.

With a warm, friendly and professional approach, Marcin introduced himself and asked about our enquiry.

Marcin pulled out all the stops from the time of introduction 12 May 2026 when he worked after the advertised Sunday closing time, the effort he put in during the handover and even up until today, 26 May 2026 when he called to make sure I'd received all the relevant documents.

I think Audi Halesowen should be proud to have Marcin who I found to be such a dedicated member of staff who looked after me from the start - thank you!

It's been such a pleasure to again having had the opportunity to deal with Audi Halesowen, especially Marcin who made my experience of buying a new car, which I'm extremely pleased with purely by chance and on impulse so welcoming.

The most professional team. Very thoughtful and go out of their way to make each interaction personal which I really appreciate
