Fantastic service from Halesowen, prior, during and afterwards for my car service visit.

The staff were polite, professional and helpful throughout my visit. Vety happy.

Car repaired quickly as dangerous fault found. On time ,car also washed and valeted. Very nice suprise.
Our mechanic Craig also very friendly easy to discus the items with him

Absolutely appalling service from Halesowen Stratstone Audi.
Having supplied a new car damaged I eventually got repaired only first through small claims court.
Now the EV battery is losing charge at a rapid pace, delivering less than 2/3 of its original range at just 6 months old. At this rate the vehicle will not start in 6 months time.
They are ignoring all requests to put things right. I have never experienced such poor, or rather non existent, service from any car manufacturer or dealer.
AVOID STRATSTONE AT ALL COSTS, there is something serious wrong with their internal management.

Aftercare is awful. Turned up to appt to be told 'we don't have the parts' . Thanks.for letting me.know . What a day off wasted. Still waiting after 2 months. Sales men told me issues would be sorted promptly when i bought the car. Still waiting . 2 months and counting . Seems like they're all the.same.

Very helpful and good communication

This is aimed at Stratstone Audi Halesowen and Stratstone head office.
Based on my experience I can't recommend this group of dealers to anyone. Im a loyal Audi customer of over 20 years ive purchased several new and approved used Audi in that period. However the after sales from Halesowen Audi and the follow up complaint process via Stratstone head office is pure insulting. Numerous phone calls and emails go ignored and this is from the dealership through to the head office. Do yourselves a favour and buy your Audi elsewhere.

Chloe is always so professional, friendly and welcoming whenever I arrive. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She is extremely efficient and always happy to help with anything you ask of her. Chloe is a real asset to the team.
