Satisfied with the service I received from BMW staff from the beginning to the end. I was welcomed by the receptionist when I arrived. The person dealt with the service to my car, Stacy, was super and did excellent job. The manager , Nic, was very helpful. Can’t get a better service than the one I had from BMW team on that day.

Our BMW was in for it's first MOT and a check with brake fluid replacement. We had a loan car arranged without difficulty which was a good start. On reaching the desk we were greeted with a smile, efficiently taking down our name and reasons for visit, and shown us to the seating area, asking us if we would like a drink. While we were waiting, other members of staff asked us if we needed a drink etc. Stacey saw us after a short wait, and was very efficient and friendly. when the vehicle was ready, we received a friendly phone call. Our whole experience was stress free. Thank you to every one at Stratstone.

Recently have done a 4 wheel alignment where Stacy was my go to person, she was super helpful and able to help with any questions that I have had.

Used Stratstone because the service from my previous mechanic was poor.

I expected to pay a little more, and it was. But it was worth doing so for less stress.

Staff responded on the phone and email with all info requested.

All work was done quickly and done well. Service was excellent.

Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I took my car to Stratstone BMW Doncaster for a check up on a some recall work and a requested repair to be carried out. They were thorough and discovered an additional issue which they also repaired and because this ran over my MOT re-test period, they repaired and MOT'd it at no cost. Stacey Craden the Service Advisor was brilliant. She was helpful, informative and kept me appraised of the work that was being carried out. Absolutely excellent customer service.

I had been looking for a used BMW X5 4.0d for a couple of months, the vehicle needed to exceed my expectations. I was in the area, I live in the Midlands, so I took the opportunity to pop into Stratstone at Doncaster, as they had a vehicle I'd seen on line. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, even though I'd arrived before the official opening time, I was introduced to Tom. The car had not even been through the usual prep, but I was shown a well looked after low mileage vehicle which fitted the bill perfectly. What I appreciated most, was there was no high pressure sell, even though they were at quarter end, rather a measured approach which is my preference. The deal was concluded in less than 30 minutes, and I picked up my new car today. It was all wrapped up for unveiling, and I was certainly impressed by the finish. Process was simple, regular contact from Tom, who picked me up from the station on the day of collection. Have to say, I was impressed by the whole experience. Thanks

On only second visit from 6 days after a recall visit I found the lady at reception polite helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Thereafter Luisa took over. Friendly exceptionally understanding of my needs that day after the new car was to be dealt with later. Everything required was put together efficiently and even led to her joining me at the car to review what was done and how it was dealt with so professionally. Her polite manner was exceptional in every way. A ‘gem’ in the work that she undertakes … of that I am very sure.

Dealt with Luisa Estella-Franey, regarding a client of mine, they needed an accessory missed on their original order. Luisa dealt with everything immediately, customer was updated the same day. Impressively proficient regarding updates and process to get everything done for ease of the customer. Extremely impressed and a credit to Stratstone BMW.

I purchased an approved used vehicle from BMW Doncaster, expecting the level of quality and transparency that comes with a premium brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Shortly after taking delivery, I discovered interior damage that caused an ongoing rattle. This issue was not disclosed at the point of sale. I reported it within 30 days, and BMW Leeds conducted an investigation, confirming the damage and quoting nearly £800 to rectify it. However, BMW Doncaster is dismissing the issue as “fair wear and tear,” despite this being damage that should have been disclosed prior to sale.

To make matters worse, the vehicle was handed over in an appalling condition. While they did cover the cost of a valet after I raised the issue, it doesn't excuse the complete lack of preparation expected from a dealership representing BMW.

In summary, BMW Doncaster sold a vehicle with pre-existing, undisclosed damage and are now refusing to take responsibility—leaving the customer with the bill. This is not the standard of service one should expect when buying a so-called "premium" vehicle.

Olivia was point of contact very friendly and professional keep me informed all morning regarding my services on my BMW. I am new to the area first time that I have used this dealership I will definitely return 10 out of 10 another thanks to Olivia

I recently purchased a car from BMW's Approved Used section and initially felt pleased with the process. However, everything changed just two hours before my scheduled pick-up. I received a call informing me that there was no service history for the car, despite being assured at the point of sale that it had a full service history..

Realising that the sale was likely falling through, and with a bill of over £40k I tried to sought a resolution from the sales team, as it was clearly their oversight. Unfortunately, they offered me three unsatisfactory options: either hand the car back in, spend an additional £3,000 on a similar but more expensive car or pay for an extended warranty out of pocket.

To make matters worse. the sales staff - particularly the Manager Jamie - were condescending and dismissive throughout the entire process, making me feel as though I was to blame for this situation.

The only positive I could say in all this was the help of the Customer Services Manager (Georgina) who did try her best to resolve this however had already been let down by her team so a resolution was difficult to come by.

I have bought several BMW's from this dealership in the past, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I suggest potential buyers approach with caution and ask for all relevant documents to be seen prior to any agreed sale.

Another great deal at Stratstone Doncaster. Very quick turn around. Always excellent service from the staff in the showroom, sales and service departments. Would highly recommend
