as per usual the staff at Stratstone BMW Doncaster are polite, helpfull and courtious in every way from booking the srevice and MOT to teking and collecting.

Excellent customer service.
Louisa was very friendly and efficient when it came to assisting me with my loan car. I dropped the car off at 9am and it was ready by 12. This was the first service on my m3 but would definitely use this dealership again.
Overall a very positive experience.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Never used main dealer before but must say excellant customer sevice experience.
Also big shout out to the mechanic loved the ai live video report sent to my phone.

Great service. Sales team worked hard to find the car we wanted. James and Martin were always polite, professional and helpful.

Jemma was a get great help, sorting my problem with my license that I’d forgotten. But all the staff were great. Just remember to hide the toffees in your car lol, the mechanics must have been hungry. I do understand they are nice and one is never enough lol

A postive experience all round. My car was only in for a recall and, having worked in the industry myself, I know they can be lucrative for a dealership but often the customers who come in are not regular customers. I can say, after this particular experience with the dealership, I'm more likely to return than I was before. Whether that be for a key battery change, a service or a head unit upgrade, I would definitely consider Stratstone Doncaster first.

Pros: warm welcome from Natalie on reception, the option to check-in with a staff member or use the self-serve, a video safety inspection which was clear and concise, activities for the kids to do whilst we waited for the keys.

Cons: the wash was very streaky, but since it was complimentary I'm still giving a 10 for overall experience

I have always used Stratstone BMW Doncaster for my cars not because it’s my closest dealer but because of the impeccable service and detail to attention. I received my new car last week earlier than planned due to expert logistical planning. Turn around was great and communication was on point all way through the process. This brings me to the sales advisor I always use, Arjuin Singh he is an exceptional professional in his field nothing is to much and he always makes time for me even when he’s not at work he makes the process seem so easy when I can imagine it’s not when you have multiple customers. My thanks also go out to Jamie Jackson and Jordan Lindley for there friendliness and making time to see every customer upon handover.

Where do I start with my review?? I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody customer service is useless the cars they sell are overpriced and they blackmail you in to leaving them good reviews I was told I had to leave them a 10 out of 10 review on there bmw web site and the only reason I did was to get some money back from the pile of junk they sold me the bumper had been painted with a spray can and there was loads of runs in the paint the plastic lip on the bottom of the bumper had overspray on it the car inside wasn’t even clean they said it had been valeted not being rude he must of been blind you. Spend your hard earned money with them and they can’t even get the car looking right within a week the car broke down they wasn’t interested got my money now run along people there are much better dealerships out there don’t use these muppet’s they take your money and leave you to dry

Brilliant service here, will always listen to concerns, I had to go in a few times with a difficult issue to find and it was resolved all for a good price with complimentary service, the women on the service desk and on reception have been excellent, thank you.

After 30 years dealing with Sandal Wakefield our guy who sorted our cars left, We made the decision to try Stratstone Doncaster after a couple of poor experiences elsewhere trying to book a test drive and get valuation for our current car. Well from start to end it was a great experience and finished up buying a brand new X3 M50 which is fab. Martin looked after us from start to end and made the whole process very easy, also a shout out for Jamie who help with some of the paperwork plus came down to thank us for using their garage when we took delivery of the car which was a nice touch, thanks again team appreciate your help and I will highly recommend you to anyone that asks

Service staff couldn’t have been more helpful got a contribution of £1000 from BMW with the help of the amazing service girls. Would definitely bring my BMW here again.

Just purchased a used approved BMW 730d, the car is absolutely pristine, even better than my best expectation. Many thanks to Derwyn who guided me through the whole process and made it so easy. He took the time to answer my every question and guided me through my 'Personal Profile' so everything in the car (controls, displays etc,) are set just the way I want as soon as I get in it. We went on a test drive, not on a set route, but wherever I decided to turn left or right at my whim which was a real pleasure.
My thanks also go to Natalie who quickly and expertly negotiated my iphone to enable my BMW account and the BMW app.
Again many thanks to Derwyn, Natalie and all at BMW Doncaster for a pleasurable and assuring experience.
5 stars plus all round, easily my best car buying experience ever and I've had quite a few.
