Stratstone - BMW Harrogate レビュー 

Very happy with the service of buying a BMW from them, I was greeted by James Lock on arrival, he was helpful, friendly and professional throughout, I would recommend them and him if you are interested in a BMW.

Never felt any pressure to buy and everything about the end sale always felt fair.

We travelled hundreds of miles to view our car at Stratstone BMW Harrogate which was a 330e - we specifically wanted to see the electric performance of the car in action and asked for the car to be fully charged. On arrival after a 6 hour journey we soon realised that the car was not charged at all and we had to jump into another 330e which again only had a small amount of charge - this was very disappointing.
The 330e was then delivered to me in Scotland and unfortunately I soon found out that the protect x had not been applied - no protect x in the windscreen and the protect car care kit was not in the boot . How would you rate the experience I received?

3 stars just from me although I have had a apology in an email and an offer to sort this out at my Inverness branch. My branch however is 34 miles away and obviously they will need the car for a day which will again be another issue for us - we should of received the vehicle as promised good to go .
My whole experience has left me with a bitter taste for BMW used approved - almost as if the used sales are less of an importance to sales personnel - maybe because of potential revenue etc - I approached another bmw branch and said that my maximum price that I wanted to pay was 22 k - I received a call back stating they had the perfect vehicle and eventually was told it was 43 k ?? The salesman didn’t understand my wants / needs and when I said to him “I told you 22k was my limit” - I was told “well , we mainly sell cars above 40k” - I couldn’t believe his blinkered response.

I love BMW Vehicles but unfortunately myself and my wife didn’t receive the best experience this time . I had wanted to purchase a BMW New Electric Vehicle for my next car , but this has certainly made me think twice .

Had a good welcome and efficiently dealt with me. Offered a hired car to do my jobs when mine was not ready at the time promised.
Overall very good service

Bought a used car.. Alex who I dealt with was fair and honest. Easy to communicate with. Sale was problem free for myself..

Much cheaper having my front disc and pads changed here than the sister company in Leeds.

Excellent customer service from the Service Advisor, James.

Complimentary car wash and vac appalling standard. Panels not properly cleaned, some of the tyres had the black polish applied and some didn't and dirty marks left on my white leather. Otherwise you would have got 5 star. Will go back but won't bother with complimentary wash and vac.

Professional and friendly service from Adam. Very happy with my experience, and enjoying my car so far!

Efficient pleasant helpful staff. They deliver the standard of service I have come to expect from a BMW dealer. Everything is as it should be in my opinion, I would therefore not hesitate to recommend them.
