Stratstone - MINI Harrogate レビュー 

I am a Motability client with mobility issues.
I booked my car in for its first MOT weeks in advance. I explained, when making the booking, that I would wait for the work to be done.
A week before the booked date, November 4th, I phoned to change the date due to a hospital appointment. The date was changed to November 5th. When I made that phone call I explained that I would need to wait. The lady I spoke to said she would check and get back to me. That did not happen. I arrived, as arranged on November 5th, at about 8.20 am. I was told my car would be ready by 5pm. I was further told that waiting wasn’t an option. After repeated requests made with courtesy and patience, I was asked to wait. My car was dealt with by mid-morning.
I was not made aware at any point that someone would have collected my car and delivered it back to my home when it was ready. That was only pointed out to me by Janet, in a follow up phone call.

Easy booking on line for MOT and minor service, excellent communication from service staff throughout and ready when required.

Great experience, Stratstone Harrogate staff are extremely helpful, polite and committed to give excellent customer service. Greatly appreciated.

Identified a car online about 70 miles away, Andy organised a fast transfer to our local Stratstone.
The admin associated with the purchase and part-ex was easy, friendly, safe and efficient. Great service and great car (and great coffee too). Thanks Andy.

We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon asking to test drive a car, Andrew was very accommodating and made sure we were able have an hour test drive.
The whole process of buying the car was smooth and efficient, with any query quickly resolved or answered.
The service was 5* during the purchasing process and the after service has been very good too. Would not hesitate to use Mini Harrogate for future car purchases.

I purcheasd a Cooper S with an issue with tyre and steam coming out from the under the bonnet. Tyre sorted and told the steam/ radiator sorted.
14 months on I removed the front plastic bumper cover due to a small cosmetic crack. It was obvious car had been in an accident and the radiator had been damaged. Having shown them the damage . They were most definitely not interest in the fact that they had sold a car that had been in an accident before I purchased it.
I shall post more as this farcical and expressive problem story continues.

Where do I start ...car goes in for service and comes out with damage , chased up over 8 days ,constantly told reviewing cctv. To come back say was not them. Took the car to 2 independent places to be told fresh damage and can see where there's been a very badly bodged job to try and conceal it. Both said wrong colour used and then tried to lacquer over. Coupled with how they spoke to my wife making her feel like ' your just a silly woman.' Have escalated through other channels of redress... in short, avoid this place !!

Second mini bought from Stratstone Harrogate, part exchanged a clubman for a countryman. Andy worked with us to find the perfect car. The whole process was efficient professional and friendly we would have no hesitation in recommending Mini Stratstone.

3yo Mini Cooper needed its first MOT + brake fluid service and pleased to say Stratstone Harrogate booked it in with definite appointment time so I could arrive, enjoy coffee and comfortable facilities while I waited and was on my way within the hour. Service with a Smile.

Jason is extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He advised and assisted me at all times during the process. It was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I am not a local customer, so there was more involved. I was kept updated throughout.
I am now the proud owner of a Mini Countryman which I know I will enjoy over the next few years.

We saw a mini online which was located at the Harrogate branch and so we travelled over to view and test drive.
Drove the car and the next day we decided to go ahead with the purchase. We contacted the sales rep, Claire, and advised we were looking to proceed. To reserve the car we were sent an email with a link to a payment page - we paid the £100 reservation fee. The next day, after not receiving any confirmation or information about next steps, we contacted the dealership. We subsequently were advised that the car had been sold to someone else!
You would have thought that an organisation such as this would have a better stock control procedure in place, but evidently not.

I would never use again or recommend to a friend.

We went to Lloyd Mini the following day and purchased from there. Amazing service!

I purchased a car from Harrogate Stratstone at the beginning of January. While the car itself is stunning, it unfortunately arrived with dents, scratches, a chip in the windscreen, and a dirty interior. Upon contacting the salesman, most issues were addressed except for the chip in the windscreen. Despite providing images of the car prior to purchase clearly showing the chip, there has been no further action or response. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of follow-up.

The staff at Stratstone Mini in Harrogate really go the extra mile. The service is simply first class and all works done are to a high standard at a very reasonable price.
