Mini Siverlink has a brilliant customer care, they take time to explain and have great empathy with customer. All the staff from service manager Mark to Liam tech engineer and Calton from BMW to Paul Sothern sale man and Gavin to service desk are all very helpful and understanding I would fully recommend Mini Lloyds at Siverlink for new and used mini’s and are really very nice and friendly staff. Thank you.

Just bought a young, approved mini from stratsone silverlink, as well as traded in our 10 year old diesel mini and 4 year old electric mini. Paul Southern was great, very personable and honest. The price for our cars was fair, and he found us a really good value young, approved mini, which looks brand new tbh. Would definitely recommend asking about these, rather than buying new.

Just received my 5th Mini Cooper S from Gary Stewart. Brilliant customer service again by Gary. And love the new Mini shape and interior.

Bought my first car through this garage recently, and had a good experience with the team there.
Guy called Olly was great when it came to finding the right car to fit my travelling needs and answering any questions I had during the whole process.
When the car had been delivered, there was a chip in the screen, but the team were quick to order a replacement and service the car - took a couple of weeks to sort, but kept good communication. Been running great the last few weeks, and been happy overall with the customer service from these guys 😊

Very pleased with my experience at Stratstone mini tyneside. I have just completed a part exchange for a new approved mini clubman and am very satisfied with the service from Josh and Rob. Josh was very helpful from initial enquiry through test drive and purchase. All in all a freindly, helpful team!

Not usual for us to write a review but we felt compelled to comment about the fabulous and proactive service we have received from Tyneside Mini. The communication and friendly service has been really helpful in our decision making. Special mention to Rob and Paul who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Paul Southern was excellent in providing pre-purchase information about the car. He was friendly and helpful throughout and accomodating in arranging a time for us to test drive the car. At the dealership he was knowledgable about the vehicle and able to answer all our questions, resulting in a sale and a very satisfied customer. He went over and above ensuring the car was in an immaculate condition on collection. Rob Frost was friendly and professional throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

From booking my first appointment to driving away in my new Mini these guys have be brilliant. Josh Aisbitt was my sales executive and he was amazing at going through all my options for choosing a new car. Showing me several cars to match my budget and specifications, Josh showed me many new options that I currently don’t have in my current car which got me excited for choosing the car I did.
The communication from the team has been great and easy with quick and simple emails to sign without even being in the showroom which was brilliant.
After an initial glitch with the finance email from the finance company Rob the show room manager quickly sent out new emails and soon got me back on track to picking up my new car today.
Highly recommend visiting this showroom to choose your next car. The team were fantastic. Will definitely be back when the time comes to change again

We have recently viewed and bought a new mini cooper from Stratstone BMW Mini at Silverlink in North Tyneside. It was easy from start to finish, no pressure. We called in one week to look over the used cars, met Paul Southern, who did not apply any pressure, but was very friendly, honest and professional. We also spent time with Rob, who looked at what was available throughout the UK currently, as we wanted a particular model. Rob was honest and again did not apply any pressure. We returned a week later and purchased a car from their stock. It has been very easy, no problems. They have kept in touch and held our hand throughout the process (we do not buy many cars). We will not hesitate to go back, really enjoyed the experience with both gentelmen: Paul and Rob. Thank you again

Was a little apprehensive about trading in my mini due to previous experience with a different company
However I really needn’t have worried the service received from Paul was absolutely amazing!
From the initial phone call through to collecting the new car couldn’t have been easier.
Hand over was seamless and seemed to take no time at all.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using Stratstone in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

We were looking to downsize from our 2 year old Lexus ES300 Takumi and decided to return to Mini, This is where I met Paul Southern whose knowledge & expertise of chosen Mini, A new JCW in Rebel Green sold Me immediately, I rang the following day expecting to speak to Paul, Unfortunately on a Day off, However I spoke to Gary Stewart who I have known over 15yrs, Gary & Rob put together a Trade In & Deal which was Truly Outstanding, Together, Rob, Paul & Gary are Absolute Assets to Stratstone, Their Knowledge, Salesmanship & Professionalism are Second to None, Also, Thanks to Honour for Undertaking and ensuring a Full Set of Mudflaps were fitted, A Service All in all that other Dealerships would be difficult to match, Our next New Mini will be from this Dealership, Many Thanks.

We have just purchased a new mini from this dealership. From the moment we entered to leaving the staff were engaging and clearly wanted to sell us a new car. Olly needs a special mention. Visited showroom enjoyed test drive and received offer to buy car under part exchange
Advised salesman offer was slightly low but may be accepted subject to satisfactory insurance quote to be checked out
Following morning received message indicating willingness to agree my original proposal under message reporting good news
Called salesman to confirm deal to be told he was unavailable
Then received message reporting car had been sold!

Just bought my first ever MINI from Josh at Stratstone MINI Tyneside after a year of looking and deliberation.
