Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The staff at Stratstone really took the time to understand what i wanted from the car, and found me the best car and deal to suit my budget. Great experience at Stratstone Mini Tyne Side. I am very pleased with my new car.

Such lovely , kind , helpful and professional staff.

Excellent service from the outset. Car was competitively priced and was well worth the 300 mile round trip to collect.

Amazing customer service. Fantastic experience
Amazing customer service. I was given a demonstrator car for two months until my car landed. It helped minimise the complications of selling my previous car in time! Made the whole thing so much less stressful. They also kept contant communication regarding the status of my order. Given the current circumstances with the pandemic, they still went above and beyond to ensure the experience was as straightforward as possible. I’ve already, and will continue to recommend the dealership to friends and family.
