Stratstone - Porsche Centre Cambridge レビュー 

Porsche Centre Cambridge delivered exactly the level of service one would expect from a premium brand: professional, attentive and customer-focused.

This is in stark contrast to my after-sales experience with Porsche Bolton, which fell well short of expectations.

My experience with Porsche GB has highlighted that, despite its position as custodian of the brand, individual dealerships clearly operate to differing standards. Porsche Centre Cambridge is a great example of how it should be done and what the Porsche ownership experience ought to represent

Excellent customer service from Carolina Ferreira, she is exceptional.
The front of house team at Cambridge are all fantastic, great communication and hospitality.
Vehicle was serviced/ repaired to a high standard and washed ready for collection.
I have said before Cambridge Porsche runs like a Swiss watch and it is a pleasure to bring our vehicles to them, bear in mind that we travel from our base in Basildon to Cambridge because they provide us with a quality service and a fast turn around.Unfortunatly this quality of service in the motor industry is now rare.

The service advisor I dealt with was rubbish. I understand she has now left the dealership.

1. My car had been ready for collection for over a week yet the service advisor did not advise me. It was only when I rang to follow up that she told me it had been ready for this long.

2. The service advisor either lied to me or couldn't be bothered to order in a part that was required. When I dropped the car in for servicing, I advised that there was a faulty door handle (which was covered under the warranty). She said that she would order the part in. The car was with the dealership for 6 weeks. I regularly asked her whether the part had arrived and she kept telling me it hadn't as it was still on backorder. The reason I wanted this doing whilst the car was in for servicing and also the reason I was willing to leave the car with with the dealership for so long is that I live over an hour away, so it would be a hassle for me to return just to get the part fitted.

About an hour after I collected my car, the new service advisor who had taken over from the previous one called to advise that nobody had ordered the part and that it would only take about 5 days to come in once ordered. This was extremely frustrating as my car had been with the dealership for nearly six weeks. The faulty part could have been ordered and fitted whilst the car was there, but the service advisor never bothered to order the part at all.

I will now need to take another day off work to get the part fitted when it arrives. This could have been avoided.

I'll use Porcshe Leicester next time!

Friendly Team at Porsche Cambridge make for a seamless experience.

Serious lack of communication with customer followed by promised subsequent contact to essentially make amends never actually happening!

The email address supplied blocked my emails and i couldn’t find anyone to take responsibility for my request.

They did not call me for any update. I called for checking the day after and over the phone I was told that the car will be ready by the end of the day. After 15 mins someone else called and told car is ready for collection!!!!

Incorrect details for the service, slow and lack of communication, in fact I had to do the chasing and made to wait at the garage for service department to receive and give my car
