I recently visited Porsche Centre Cambridge and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received, especially from Jasmine.
From start to finish, Jasmine truly exceeded my expectations. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the genuine care and attention given to my car it was treated with the utmost respect and returned to me in immaculate condition.
The whole experience felt seamless and personal, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Jasmine is a real credit to Porsche Centre Cambridge, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and the centre to anyone.

Very thorough communication
Very thorough communication all the way through from Richard and Jasmine.
Service was above expectations with a full report on the car including a video of the underside of the car visual inspection.
The car was going in for a simple piece of work, the inspections and reports were not expected but added huge value to my experience.

Incredibly efficient, friendly and supportive approach from everyone at the dealership, when I took my car in for an annual maintenance service, especially Jasmine and Tom. Really strong customer focus and the kind of honest and welcoming culture that I've rarely experienced before. Very impressed and would recommend Porsche Centre Cambridge.

Takes too long
The email confirmation told me MOT would take 1 hour, when I arrived they told me 2-3 hours and then all in I was there for 4 hours. Communication wasn't great, I had to keep chasing for updates.
