Slow Service, but excellent staff
A rather disappointing 7 week lead time to carry out much needed warranty repairs to my 911 was frustrating to say the least, however the saving grace was the very professional assistance of Mikayla in the service department - who was very helpful, responsive and did everything she possibly could to assist me.

No record of booking, no followup
No record of booking, expensive work carried out that did not resolve the issue, and after reporting this, there has been no follow up. Just assumed I was not interested.

Dissatisfied with Porsche Colchester again
Hugely expensive repairs outside of the warranty apparently. Lack of spares available meaning the car was with them for far longer than planned. Car returned with a fault that wasn't there before. The service team communication was good but ultimately did not make up for the issues encountered.
