Looking for a used Porsche Panamera for a few months. Found what we were looking for at Porsche Sutton Coldfield and the sales experience was comfortable, informative and pleasant. Rav Dhaliwal was so nice to deal with and made the whole experience even better. Our pleasure to meet him and a credit to Porsche. Tracy Brewer

I bought a used approved...but it wasn't...
I bought a used approved car from Sutton Coldfield and the car should have been serviced before being handed over to me (as part of the Porsche Used Approved offering). The car was not serviced but the service indicator was reset. Email exchanges with Sutton Coldfield to confirm this.
The car also did not get handed over with all the factory fitted extras that only Porsche would have known should have been in the car (remote and headphones for the rear entertainment package).
Porsche claimed that since I have now had the car fully serviced at another dealer, the missing service that they did not do, does not have an effect on the value.
They agreed to pay compensation as goodwill, but its has been over 2 months and still no payment.
Avoid the used approved service at this branch. They clearly don't care once the car has gone.
