PORSCHE WOLVERHAMPTON Fantastic attention to detail fantastic customer interaction superb quality of work from reception to walking out of the door, impressive level of service. In specific Dan an obviously senior service advisor, constant interaction and update as I was waiting for five hours. This was not due to lack of care or attention. This was due to the work required thanks to Dan. I was told of exactly what was needed. Please make sure the dealer principal is advised of this. She took ownership of the entire process and was our single point of contact throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free. ( I have had my 911 serviced two years ago at this Porsche centre and been very pleased)
Pavandeep was very personable, helpful and efficient and is a real asset to the dealership.
