Car repaired under warranty. No questions asked and no trying to wriggle out of their commitments. I’m really impressed so far.

I recently purchased a Mercedes EQS from Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service I received from the Used Car Sales Team, particularly David Knox (Used Car Sales Manager) and John in sales.
From the very beginning, John was excellent. He arranged a test drive of another vehicle and was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout. His friendly approach and willingness to assist created a very positive first impression and set a high standard for the customer experience.
I would also like to recognise David Knox for the exceptional support he provided throughout the purchase of my Mercedes EQS. My situation was not entirely straightforward, yet David took ownership from the outset and guided the process through to a perfect conclusion. His attention to detail, clear communication, and determination to ensure everything was handled correctly made all the difference.
It is not often that you encounter people who demonstrate such a high level of professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. When things are not straightforward and someone takes responsibility, navigates the challenges, and delivers an outstanding result, it is both rare and greatly appreciated.
Not only do I absolutely love my car, but I am also delighted with the service I received throughout the entire process. Both John and David are tremendous assets to the organisation and provide an exemplary standard of customer care.

I had booked my car in for a service and for it to be detailed as i got 2 free when i bought the car.
The car was picked up on Monday morning the guy was polite and took the car away. I got the car back
later in the afternoon and had not heard anything from the garage all day how my car got on and the car had not been detailed just a quick wash down not what i had expected though the service would be better by the brand.

Professional and efficient. Kept informed with progress.

The service was seamless and efficient. Elaine was very helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. Within 6 hours the full service and MOT were complete and I was in and out in 5 minutes upon dropping and picking my car up. I purchased this car from this location as well as get it regularly serviced from Stratstone Mercedes in Glasgow and highly recommend that you do both for your next Mercedes and next service!

Great service, relaxed sales staff all very friendly, we dealt with Paula but all the staff were great.

Been complaining about a noise from a 200d for a number of visits.

On last visit diagnosed by mechanic who spun the wheel and discovered it did not rotate freely.

It is inconceivable that this was not picked up at any of the car's previous visits, especially when a health check is carried out on each visit, and for these the car is jacked up.

Quite gob smacked by this - please beware

Excellent both keely and clair where great

Robbie made my experience of buying my car feel relaxed and comfortable and was never pushy. Robbie communicated every step of the process. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Car returned to customer with bird guano down driver window and over roof. Highly visible to Mercedes returning to customer particularly the drivers window. The car was handed to Mercedes clean, what came back was disappointing and a lack of customer care.
